I hated today’s episode. Ankush Bhaiya and Barkha Bhabhi deserves to be mentioned in Anuj’s list of family. The badtameez Shahs needed to be shushed by Anuj whenever they taunt AB and BB. That didn’t happen.

I didn’t enjoy Anuj’s bhashan too except for the 2 bits where he reminded everyone who paid for their precious Shah House, and where he kind of stretched his arms saying he’s Anuj Kapadia !! ❤️ Loved that yes. Except that, he was doing the same mistakes Anu is doing since last 1 yr i.e. justifying himself and counting his favours to the mannerless ungrateful Shahs. What’s the point now Anuj and why are YOU doing that ? Just throwing them all away without any justification would also be fine. Also, why were Anuj and Anupama’s faces highlighted so much when Vanraj saab was lecturing Samar and Paritosh !! Anupama IS an outsider man, and they shouldn’t be so hurt on this. I did not like how Anuj did not remind them of this one and it was Samar who keeps reminding people that Shahs now don’t have rights on Anupama. But the same needs to be told to Anupama too. And I’m afraid this is the most logical and fair Anuj we are going to get, and if he doesn’t say this now, then he never will.

Miracles are back in Anupama. Bapuji is walking in all fit and fine it seems. Kavya and Kinjal make a group fighting for the rights and respect of DILs in that zoo. What’s the point ? Bapuji is going to dilute this too with his bubblehead words.

I don’t want Anuj siding with Ankush and Barkha just because they are family. We keep pointing the same in Anupamaa that she cannot stand against SH members because they are family to her. I don’t want Anuj sliding into similar role. He may never be as blind as her but I don’t want him to even start. Ankush and Barkha came to India to try and find a foot into Anuj’s business as they were bankrupt, they came in for money not family. Once they saw a foot in with Anuj’s accident they were planning on how to cremate him and takeover business rather than looking out for Anuj or even waiting for doctors diagnosis. Now they are behaving better, helping with Anu though when they too had issues with Anu, after Anuj put them in place. I see many a times people say Anuj doesn’t stand for Ankush and Barkha. But why should their (A and B) issues and mistakes be swept under the carpet because Shah house kaands are bigger crimes. Similarly I don’t get why Kavya WW is accepted, be cordial with her as she is not a conniving vamp now, but I don’t get the bff behaviour.

I don't think they can make changes this quickly. Their plan was always this. They had no intentions of showing boundaries. The promo was just a TRP gimmick. Back to square one. God knows why suddenly Anuj started to worship Anu again. He said Meri Anu multiple times today. Vanraj has suddenly calmed down. Today, most of the things he said made sense.

The story is not going anywhere. They had a chance to revamp the show and regain the lost viewers but they let it go.

Leela Shah was lying through her teeth about Anuj , and Anupama was being a mere spectator. When Anuj had offered partnership and Devika came to convince her to accept, she wouldn’t even let her say a word against her Baa Baa black sheep, even when Devika had genuine points to talk about but now she mutely listens to the false allegations against Anuj because it’s Baaaaaaa spewing it. Slow claps.

They dont have to side with AB or BB. But if someone like Shahs are insulting them, it’d be better if Anuj takes a stand. We shouldn’t forget the fact that AB did mention in good faith that when Anuj’s father started the business, AB’s father invested in it initially. And that matters. Yes, I’d say their mistake is to hide about their USA venture failure and taking their rights on Anuj’s business for granted due to their father’s equation. But that doesn’t dilute this background and make them ‘not a family’. If not BB and Adhik, at least AB had always shown having soft corners on Anuj and speaking on behalf of him. That should pay off especially in a jungle like this. Also, I do believe in correcting mistakes (even if on confrontation) and moving on. To me, BB has been whole heartedly accepted CA, Dimple and anyone Anuj considers family. I agree, not like she has much options, but whatever it is, I didnt see her saying otherwise in the back or when alone as well. I’d take those into considerations, when Anu repeatedly calls such fish-marketish people as her family.

Kavya’s transformation is 1 yr old now. I’ve come to accept her as a normal character, only thing I dont get is her blind support towards Anupama these days. Makes no sense to me.

While many are proud of Anuj , I was disappointed. Barkha & Ankush completely stood up for Anu & Anuj and Maan shushed them. Sorry but I lost some respect for Anuj there. I already have zero respect for Anu so meh.

Also why didn’t Anu say to Baa …’hey you skanky old bitch ..stop lying about my husband’…something along those lines

Anu did always a loser so can’t say much about her except she is still a loser & Anuj was just okay. Felt like he held back on the insults…esp for Baa & V:

Only 3 things good today:

1. Anuj reminding Shahs that the "Shanti ka prateek" Shah house is actually a donation from Anuj.

2. Anuj reminding them that he was forced to send Choti Anu on a trip on New Years due to them.

3. Vanraj asking Kinjal why she left a 3 month old for work.

Someone remind her that it was her that complained about missing mom growing up whereas she has mentioned that Rakhi spoke of taking her to work as an infant.

Anuj did not have to be defensive. He could have gone ALL guns blazing.

After all the issues are brushed under the carpet, I want Anuj to check his mobile. I want him to see 30 missed calls from Nritya's mom. When he calls her back, she says that something drastic has happened to CA. She called Anuj multiple times but Anuj did not pick up the phone. Anuj will realize due to the chillam chilli, he did not hear the ringtone. I hope then he realizes how these clowns are taking him away from his child.

Never said Ankush and Barkha are not family. Ankush has not been shown to deliberately be plotting against Anuj, but he did join with Barkha and Adhik to take over business. There was a scene as well that He didn’t want Anuj going back to office so that he could manage the messes and kaands he did with projects in Anuj’s absence. But then nothing happened after it and PH forgot the plot. So Anuj standing up for him may be valid because Ankush is not as bad as others or now making amends. Today when Anuj stopped him, I expected a dialogue like Bhai don’t muck about/ get yourself dirty by arguing with a Pig like Ravanraj, but it did not come 😤😢
I cannot trust Barkha yet, she was instigating Pakhi a few days back and now seems to just try and get Pakhi off Adhik or taunt Leela and Ravanraj rather than genuinely standing with Anuj and Anupamaa. Though she does show genuine care for Anu and Dimple. So maybe I will thaw after a few more days.

I knew it. The promo was shot last minute to give the show a boost in the year. They had no plans of setting any boundaries. Sensible Anuj was brought in to accommodate the hero's absence. Now, since the hero is back, Anuj will transform back into the puppy he used to be.
