Loved, loved, loved the precap!!!

I really wish Anuj gives a reality check to Deviji! High time this happened. Loved it when he asked about her responsibilities towards Choti Anu.

I just hope Anuj doesn’t melt when Deviji gaslights him because that is what she does. Rona dhona and fake panic attacks and attitude dikhana and her biggest chela will melt.

Anuj should say it clearly that agar baar baar SH jaana hi hai toh waapis aane ki koi zaroorat nahin hai. Rahe wahin unki maid bankar.

After 5 minutes:

Sorry, Really Sorry, Dil Se Sorry. Tum sahi ho Anu. Tum mera moral compass ho. Mujhe please maaf kar do. Christmas ane wala hain. Ab saab bhulke dance karna hain.

I really really want CVS to introduce an educated female character proficient in business who joins Anuj's company to help sort out the mess that his absence has created.(it would be a great parallel if she is someone who got education later in her life and built herself up post some family tragedy/circumstances)

And I really want Anuj to have that moment of doubt whether marrying Anupama was the right choice.

Feel like he is always wearing rose tinted glasses when it comes to Anupama. And it's high time they came off. He doesn't need to cheat on Anupama but at least he must reflect on whether the relationship is worth it when Anupama does not make any actual effort to maintain it nor does she take her own goals seriously.

Today's episode where she just stopped by SH and then never went to her class was a big example and a red flag. This woman does not actually want to improve she only wants to lament how she did not get the same chance as others. And I just need Anuj to realise that and set her straight once and for all

FINALLY! If I understood the precap, it's about boundaries and responsibilities, and taking/not taking people for granted.

We've been saying all this for ages and I felt so thrilled seeing the precap. In fact, when he had his outburst at the breakfast table it was pretty clear what was bothering him. Anupama was focusing on the wrong point that she should keep him away from all these domestic issues instead of allowing them to happen or become this big each time.. Instead of trying not to get entangled in SH matters and living her own second innings in life, she's overly involved in their matters. Especially with what has happened with Pakhi, who keeps insulting her yet she keeps going back for more.

I don't expect too much from the writers but if they had thought this through it would be great to have them explore Anupama's inability to move on and how it impacts her second marriage, how she takes him (and CA) for granted a LOT, how in her own way she's repeating a lot of the wrongs in her first marriage, just the other way round with Anuj, and how she's still mentally bound to that toxic Shah family environment and takes on abuse repetitively. It would be great to explore how some people can't come out of abusive relationships no matter how many chances life offers them because they inherently don't understand the importance of boundaries.

I also loved that Anuj didn't blame anyone except himself and vowed to go back to being THE Anuj Kapadia again, the one we at least used to see in the office from time to time, the one we were all impressed by. It's high time he went back to being himself instead of becoming Anupama 2.

I also loved the fact that he pointed out her responsibility towards their child, Chhoti Anu. We've all been saying this from the beginning how she neglects her, who actually needs way more attention than those grown up bratty kids of hers. We've also talked about how it was more Anuj's idea to adopt Anu and she went along with it, but maybe she wasn't really ready deep down yet did it to please him.

I hope they can do a good track here. Anuj has always been supportive and he's starting to become like Anupama was in her previous marriage, something Kanta warned her about. I wonder if Anu's going to realize this.

Also, did she really call out Anuj for speaking to Pakhi and trying to share her burden? Where was all this indignation of Anupama's when he took Adhik and Pakhi home (when her own family didn't want her, including Anu) and was footing the bill for the lavish ceremonies? He gets dragged into every single thing at SH and has never complained. Now, when his hard-earned reputation (and by extension his parents') is at stake, I'm SO glad to see him vent it and that Barkha and Ankush spotted the real frustration, while Anupama is clueless. I know she nursed him to health but isn't it now her turn to show him the kind of support he's always shown her and understand his challenges/concerns? Is he not allowed to be angry with her when justified?

An angry husband isn't an abusive husband necessarily. Anu has always seen extremes - an abusive/angry Vanraj and a super nice, gentleman Anuj. He's human too and is bound to have his outbursts when he's upset or angry, even when it's because of her, without being abusive or disrespectful of course (which I doubt Anuj will ever be). Can she handle this 'normal, human' Anuj, who's just a husband rightfully wanting her attention and care? Before getting married, he told her he understood that while she would always have all of him, he knew he would never get that from her because of her responsibilities. Nowadays it seems the balance is all skewed and it's hurting him in multiple ways. Will they explore all this, or have I just written all this for no reason. 😆

Anyway, I hope she doesn't treat him with disdain for acting like a normal human being. He'd put her on a pedestal all this time and now he's seeing her for her flaws. She will see he's human too. Honeymoon period is over, I guess.

Even if they show this side of Anuj for one scene only, I'll be happy. Though I wish they'd do more because I know Gaurav will nail it! Bring on humAnuj!

It was so unrealistic that CA started loving her adopted parents so soon. That doesn't happen in real life. In real life these kids are in survival mode and it takes time for parents to switch it off and make them start living instead of surviving. Even few months old babies show this trait. With bio child, the trust is implicit but for adopted child the parents need to build up that trust. There was no such trust building as far as I know (I don't watch regularly)

Looks like Pakhi is going tell CA that Anupama doesn't love as much as Pakhi because she was adopted.

Btw hi Jean 🤗

Hey Shri! 🤗

Yeah, I wish they'd either avoided showing them adopting a child or done it much later. Even the adoption was to create drama at the Shahs vs. actually showing the three forming a family unit.

Anu is an 'expert'/'experienced parent but this is Anuj's first time. Good luck to him.

If this happens then Anuj can change his last name to Shah.
