There are conditions for anticipatory bail and court can reject it with probable cause under its discretion or if acccused violates the condition of bail it will be cancelled. Flight risk accused is never granted anticipatory bail. Exactly. As per law rape is non bailable offense. But let's suspend disbelief and say perp got bail. Court would literally put a restraining order on the perp and there would be two police officers around victim all the time (the so called police protection that Anuj asked for and never arrived)

Also in such cases bail is granted only after a court hearing. So you'd have to file appeal, assuming it's accepted and not rejected there itself get court date, judge will hear matter on set date, terms will be set and you can be assured they would be extremely strict and then perp can possibly be free. This is a long process and can take days. And here perp is roaming around mere hours after being caught. What rubbish.

And there is no way in hell the perp can threaten the victim in a busy market in broad daylight! It would be reported back to police/court and bail would be rescinded there and then.

So far all the show has done is horribly twist due process. Depict the police and court as incompetent idiots who go around with their hands tied while the perp roams around whistling and making life hell for victim. Promised protection never shows up. Victim asked to identify perp without any kind of wall/glass in between so perp can know who accussed them and later harass that person. (Seriously even in third world countries when u have to identify perp there is two way glass in between and perp never sees identifier's face)

The sad thing is some actual abuse victims might watch this nonsense and get scared and never report the very real abuse they are facing. If the channel could not handle such sensitive topic properly they should have never taken it up

I ask where is this security? Where is the police protection. Invisible potion le rakha hai kya? Ya Harry Potter ka invisibility cloak mil gaya in so called security/police protection ko. Dur dur tak dikhte hi nahi hai.

And of course Anuj marathon karege. Kapadia Mansion, main market se 10 steps and Shah house se only 3 steps hi toh hai. So petrol kaun waste karega?
