Have you ever heard a narayan murthy or azim premji or bill gates giving wife relatives high positions in companies not really. Because they know complications of involving mayka side in business people do make emotional decisions if mayka side involved. But they definetly gave their cousins like anuj gave ankush a job. Because men do not keep much emotion n business they can always say leave company to a brother or cousin or nephews they are ore practical by nature. Ladkiya jyada emotional ho jatha hai is mamle main jab koi mayke ka involved ho like anupama does That is also reason majority business man do not give much shares to wife too they give daughter.

That too chances of working are bleak.

Because Shahs Kapadia empire hathiya le toh maafi bhi milti hain aur shabaashi bhi example: Vanraj.

Wahi Kapadia's karne ki soche toh kya hua woh toh Khair bataane zaroorat nahin.

Socho which Kapadia is close to Anuj? Malavika reclaiming property is highly unlikely. She could not be shown as just a cheerleader and hence made to leave.

Only option I see is a legal arrangement, say, a lost will or something that states:

1. The property will be shared among Anuj, Malavika, Ankush (as gratitude for father's help).

2. None of the claimants including Anuj can transfer property to any one who is not a direct descendant.

3. Hopefully Ankush understands from the past and involves Barkha in re-building his business.

I want Ankush-Barkha in the equation just for Anuj's sake where Anupama has no say. The legal arrangement will ensure she cannot rule over them and the relation of being the elder brother will stamp it.

Anuj has already written full business and property to anujpama and indirectly to shahs her 3 kids and acche pita. So malvika or ankush have no scope of getting that property back. Atleast anuj sould have given 50% to malvika and 50% to anupam ato save it from going completely to shahs. But now 100% after his daeth it will go to anupama 3 kids and llittle anu no one else. Little anu obviously be sidelines by anuus other 3 kids and abused by shahs.

I do not think in future barkha ankush has much role or adhik too

If pakhi marries an aged man like told in article all their roles are over mostly

I am hoping that anuj real parents or brother comes from somwhere (blood relative who left him in orphanage)

Or anuj son from his affairs in USA

I do not see producers giving much role to extra kapadiyas already the story messed up a lot. Its shahs who will always have story and limelight not any kapdiya incuding anuj or choti anu or malvika

Only way kapadiyas can dominate screen if anuj gets his real parents and real siblings back. Than story can rotate around anuj parents and siblings and someevil chacha chachi etc rather than any shahs

Nothing will work in front of Shahs and Anupama unless there is a legal construct. Anupama needs a match to contest her actions which won't happen because it is "Anupama" and anyone who is not a cheerleader is a villain who will magically transform once they turn into a cheerleader.

So, if there is a lost Will which is legally binding, ALL including Anupama Have to Abide. Nothing else will knock any sense otherwise.
