I would say this is a drama series and should be watched only for entertainment. There is absolutely no learnings to be expected from such TV series. If you want relationship advice/knowledge about relationships, there are multiple books by experts that are widely popular. ITV only needs episodes daily these days where the content really does not matter.

There are some who think how she raises her kids is the right parenting. And how she neglects her current family is the right behavior.

So unfortunately not everyone is understanding the crap being shown in the name of entertainment.
