Honey is injurious for 12 month old

What the actual hell. Latest guidelines make it clear that honey is not recommended for under 12 month old babies. Why is a show that's supposedly reaches the highest number of households showing outdated and actually injurious traditions??

"Honey before 12 months may cause a serious type of food poisoning called botulism. Before your child is 12 months old, do not give him or her any foods containing honey, including yogurt with honey and cereals and crackers with honey, such as honey graham crackers."

In our side honey as ritual only for once during birth that too little baby ko honey Chataya jaata hai .phir uske baad annprashan tuk doodh ke elawa khuch nahi diya jaata baby ko

The makers should be jailed for showing such ill treatment of a new born.

Seriously they should be sued for showing misinformation.

Atleast they should dissuade ppl from giving honey to the new born.

A month go when baby was born they showed the Gadhuthi ritual (placing honey on the baby's pallette when the baby is just couple days old)

In Islam there is a similar ritual called Tahnek, they use honey or date juice to give something sweet to newborn.

Doctors, science have time and again shown thru research and data, that honey might cause infant botulism and death and not advisable until 12 months, yes even a drop.

Many traditions are good and can help in today's busy world but no that DKP are not following, simplest is rest for new mom, but no Kinjal, is all decked up and dancing after a C-section 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 supernatural alien she is😡

Or keep baby away from noise, ppl but, no today even neighbors and random ppl were holding baby and shahs brought her to Garba!! 🚫🤦🏻😡 And tomorrow will keve unattended 😡😡😡

First off no one takes days old baby out of the house and that too in times of Covid. Leaving baby unattended 🤦‍♀️. No one leaves the baby inside the room in the cradle without someone to look after the baby.

I tried real hard to get attention on this the last time, but seems like it fell on deaf ears, even for viewers. Seems the only think that gets any attention is religious offending. Health can do to hell.

I work in public health, I stopped watching this show since it is injurious to health.
