I understand that when people are happy they forget differences. Can V and Anu celebrate their joyful moments without touching each other, ever heard about physical boundary.

Even the simple shake hand was unsettling, no matter how hard I tried being neutral knowing Vs intensions are never, pure and real its a concern.

Chalo those handshake, him placing hand on her shoulder when she is speaking to her hubby was a no no, my best grp of guy friends can do that but not a ex, so that was the concern. With V he is like give him finger he will hold hand, and will drag Anu into that house in name of the new kid

I need Anuj to have a share his feelings like earlier n not like today during pooja time, it fell flat like somewhere his pain went to victim mode after 3mins. Anuj doesn't play victim

They way they were being touchy touchy was so uncomfortable. It's so sad to see Anuj having no one with him apart from Choti Anu. They don't even give Kaka more space around Anuj.

Also this growing number of scenes of Pakhi and Aadhik is so unwanted. Instead of their cheesy scenes, they should show some scenes of Kaku-Anuj-Anu.

Or just bring Anu's friend Devika to add up to the glow of Anuj's scenes. Lonely Anuj sitting and wondering about Anupamaa's so call mayka is creepy and unfair to him

So is it a one time thing or sick makers are going to use it as a plot device to make Anuj jealous? It seems like the next track is all about Anuj's insecurity leading to an emotional outburst.

I genuinely felt bad for Anuj today. He was feeling so helpless. As a man who was always active in life, it sucks to sit behind and watch others take the charge. And I don't blame Anuj for looking uncomfortable seeing V putting hands on Anu's shoulder. Anuj can't be blamed for being unsecured as he was never given the sense of security by Anu. Anu always treated him like a second class citizen when it comes to Shahs.

This Dadi track should not have coincided with Anuj's paralysis track. It will be heart wrenching to see Anuj being ignored and neglected when he needs the attention most. Anuj will occasionally have emotional outbursts and Anu will be shown as some bechari abala nari who is torn between Mayka and Sasural. But at the end she will be shown as some goddess who will successfully handle Pati, Poti, business and Dada Ji.

I dont understand one thing, she chants always maryada maryada... never gets tired of singing song on Indian culture and values. Now vannu is not paraya aadmi for her. I hate this hypocrisy.

Anu's Maryada is only for her legally wedded husband. Baccho Ka Pita has every right on her.

I feel absolute disgust watching them hugging and touching each other, char episode pehele ye banda usse ghar se utha ke phekne ko bol raha tha, khushi ke mauhaul me hum baat kar sakte hai aise admi se but hug krna, kya Anu ko kudke emotions par control nahi, she is 45 not a teenager, to Adhik and Pakhi ke hug me kya problem hai, bacche jo dekhenge wahi karenge, VS paraya mard hai na Anu ki dictionary me to hug and touch ki permission kaise de sakti hai. Ye hoti hai boundaries, ultra modern log kehte hai kya problem hai bhai prob ye hai ki VS & Anu ka rishta abuser aur victim ka hai aur tha, aaj bhi har 4 episode me wo humilitae krta hai Anu ko,

It’s weird to see an abuse victim being comfortable or too distracted to care on being touched by the abuser.

It’s not about Anupamaa being married to Anuj so should not be hugged by any other man. But it’s about an abuse victim being okay with her abuser’s proximity. She has been emotionally and mentally abused by Ravanraj for 25 years of marriage and the abuse did not stop even after the divorce or her remarriage. It’s not like Ravanraj atoned for his abuses, he is not even remorseful. On Janmashtami Anupamaa said ‘jo shikayat thi woh rahegi’. If she has not forgiven the abuse how can she be shown okay with the proximity.

Anupama and Anuj are the worst written leads in the history of ITV. They don't have an ounce of self respect and morality.

The reason I left this show. Full of hypocrisy and every character is a hypocrite. Even I was becoming one. Cribbing but still watching. So I decided to ditch that

It took Anuj a near death experience & a brain surgery to realize this insecurity!! 😳
