Most relatable character of Anupamaa - Mishter Shah

So after reading the article and musing over it, I have come up with reasons why Vanraj Shah is the most relatable and realistic character of Anupamaa... Given that the actor has put in a lot of effort to make it realistic and relatable...oh not to forget multidimensional, it's only right that someone takes some time to point out his efforts

Vanraj Shah is the most relatable character because

1. He has a mooch.

2. He cannot bear to see his daughter in law in pain because his grandchild is in her stomach.

3. 'Sab Anupama ki galti hai', 'Vanraj Shah is back' are his favorite dialogues.

4. He is middle class with a car and can provide for his large family without going to work.

5. He loves to stare at his ex-wife and wonder how beeeyoootiful she is on the day she gets remarried.

6. He has dard though he is a mard.

7. Any girl be it 30 + year old(read Mukku/Kavya) or 5 year old(read choti Anu) cannot resist his charm.

8. He is tall and can outstare anyone.

9. He can perfectly drag a chair tilt it and sit on it.

10. He loves playing security guard for the women (Anu, Pakhi, Kavya).

11. He can peel badam❤️

You forgot Malvika - Mr Shah loves to take woman boss to doctors and remind them to eat meds on time

How can you forget that he is a adarsh beta who was having a good time with his girlfriend turned wife while his dad was in hospital.

He is accha pita- wants to be bada aadmi just for his children - no matter even if it's by snatching other's business.

He is ideal beta-slammed the door in Baa's face.

He knows the exact time of a woman's ovulation. He makes love to Anupamaa one night and booom she gets pregnant.

I think they did it multiple times... if you saw the prequel there was a morning after scene... them romancing before him going for a shower

Poor us... how we imagined such scenes for MaAn... we got in prequel... here we didn't even get a waking up together or towel romance🤔

But he is a bada aadmi... I mean... he has no work from April... but look at him, going around in a car just to drop his daughter considering the fuel prices... feeding his extra large family not to forget his father's medical expenses... you really think a middle class man can do all that.... He has already become a bada aadmi...

Anu has no Maryada with Mishter Shah but with Anuj it is Maryada, sanskar, Samman.

I disagree... He was her husband then and pretended to love her. So, I wouldn't say it's maryada or anything close to that... it was just a normal thing between a married couple that they did... and she was in love with him... only thing here was that he played with her feelings.

Now with Anuj... I think she is more touchy and all... it's just that we are shown only very little of them... writer's don't want to show even simple domestic scenes between a husband and wife... because they have fixed in their mind that it's not ok for a middle aged couple to romance.
