To me, it is not about the cost. But it is the lack of logic. It might not have made sense to have shown similar grandeur for this show. But, the story flow must be meaningful and smooth. In this case, the art (of storytelling) has hit the rock bottom. I am not sure the makers realize or care about it. If they don't, it is an insult to the viewer's intelligence and art form. 🥺💔👎🏼

It is the longest running show and outdoor toh I’m guessing rajju uncle would’ve struck a deal with them in return for TRPs. Them and HS. And the tourism board. (Free promotion of the palace esp after the pandemic slump) Plus this serial mein there’s just one big star toh kaafi savings compared to Anupama.
Also you know one would’ve expected them to do something good budget wise for this shaadi too esp post prequel (and the supposed success - although I doubt that has been successful since HS never releases actual numbers. All it said was impressions. Impressions in simple terms mean the number of times the ad has appeared on your feed. Not whether you clicked or watched. Ofc this maybe slightly diff for OTT though) but that money was used for their new show albela (to support for the diff between what the channel is paying till the TRPs rise and the actual cost of running the show)
Writing/creativity/execution toh bekaar hai hi, budget management bhi nahi. Should I offer to assist them in this dept? 😈😂😂😂😂

Definitely , right now the writing and story is in such bad shape that nothing can help them ... Majority of viewers would have been satisfied with even a simpler wedding had it been executed well , no one wanted that extravagant hoopla for Maan anyway ...
But budget cuts are definitely evident in the way Mehendi and Sangeet was handled , the hideous costumes , setup etc ... I mean they celebrated Baa Bapuji’s anniversary much better , n if I’m not mistaken the previous weddings on the show also ...
Plus the makers are further justifying the ruin caused to the show by nonsensical articles about how middle class celebrates shaadis which is irking ppl further ...

Yrkkh is always be a high maintenance show. Trps used to be very good during previous 2 generations.
About Anupama, I don't know whether you guys discussed or not. There is an article today that Anupama makers are very happy about ' stop ruining Anupama' trend. They clarified that they tried to keep the mehendi middle class and short in duration. We are glad that viewers noticed it..
About wedding pta nae. Abho next week to hoti nae usk next week may b shuru ho jaye coz abhi djonk ek show ki wedding 18 may ko dikhani h jisme dulha marr gya tha.

Yeah , that article was complete bullsh** ... It wasn’t just about the mehandi design ( or the fact that they wrote abuser’s names instead of Anu’s own mother’s 🙄) , or the ghastly setup and costumes ... it was just the way it was done ... They missed out on so many beautiful moments that could have been included 😔
Just delaying main Shaadi function now is not going to help their TRPs much I feel esp with pathetic storyline and negativity ... n lack of promos is also bit suprising ...
