Bjs s simple iron ki table iron kursi lagi thi usi mein sub log banana, leaves mein khaa rahe they aur jyaada khane ka menu item bhi nahi tha bus 4,5 menu item tha
This is a personal choice. And neither one is bad. Rich may want it simple, and simple may wish for grand. Not everyone who goes the lavish way wants to please the society, perhaps it is their happiness. What do we know?

I felt that they did come to a mutual agreement. After listening to Baa, Anu was fine with a simple wedding where they can go to the court and register marriage and then go to the temple to take pheras. But it was established earlier that she too have desires that she doesn’t express because of the age factor (check mahasangam episode) and not to burden Bapuji financially (because he wants to spend on the expenses being the bride’s father). On the other side, Anuj wanted a lavish, high-profile grand wedding for which he had to take loans anyways. The middle ground is that they are having a grand wedding with all the rituals but with the budget that Anuj can afford without no finances needed from Bapuji. So in this way, they are not burdening Bapuji (Anu’s worry is solved), are not taking any financial burdens on themselves and still enjoying their wedding.
Now based on the current episode, Mukku will make the wedding grand and everyone will contribute so middle-class toh nahi hogi yeh shaadi. Let’s see.
Yes, I am seeing that MaAn have arrived at a mutual decision and the others in family have also kindly said that they will support them.To me, a wedding doesn't have to be the biggest thing in the world to be "Grand" anyways, just one in which the two people getting married, get to plan out some things that they personally want without having to sacrifice their wishes. So, even I am not even insisting Anuj take out the most expensive loan possible, I do wish that he would consider his needs and feelings a bit more without being ready to give them up so easily for xyz reasons.

The question here is not about economical facts. It is about the one line that Anuj said- that he wanted it grand. It is about that one line that slipped Anupama - that she wants it fairytale like. The discussion ended for me here. It's their choice- to have it grand or simple. And the fact is, both want it grand but decided to adjust. ThusI am totally in agreement with you. You are not advocating for a grand wedding, you are advocating for the fact that they wanted it grand. But since they are supposed to be mature, more unique and yada-yada, it is relatively easy to dig their mahanta and sacrifice. But I don't.
Anupama folded in front of bapuji's plight and Anuj folded in face of her distress. Otherwise, why was this point of zindagi bhar loan chukaunga not made when Anuj was fantasizing of a grand celebration.
Though, we will get every ritual to see and I don't mind the settings remotely. But i do wish, that with Mukku in the fray, these two get the kind of wedding they had envisioned, not the one they will have to settle for.
You have actually described perfectly how I was feeling. 😊 My intention was not to argue whether simple or grand is better, but the fact that Anuj has these dreams and wishes of his wedding day that I felt he was giving up too easily. Whatever type of wedding they choose, I wish Anuj and Anupama plan it in a way that makes them both happy because at the end of the day, their wedding their choice. But I just want them to start listening to their hearts more. Thanks for the input!
When did Anuj ever consider his needs when it comes to his Anu? 😆 That’s his core trait that makes him who he is and makes him so similar to Anu.Originally posted by: HappySmiles

I suppose, but it is just so infuriating to see him being pushed around by Shahs because he is so nice ugh 😆
I agree. I can’t wait to see Mukku firing 🗑 and gang tbh … Anuj helped them to have a shelter and a job and they still are so ungrateful … my hopes are on Mukku 🥺😄Originally posted by: HappySmiles

As for the precap, I’m glad that Mukku will directly get to see Vanraj’s colors now.. so far she has been manipulated by him and only wanted to cancel their partnership for her bhabi and bro and what she saw has happened with them… but now with Vanraj showing his true colors she will realize just how wrong it was to trust him. I’m afraid that Mukku will be a bit sidelined again after she fires them and become just a participant in the wedding but I hope writers show her standing up to Vanraj as well..
How dare you think about maan's happiness or anything remotely related to them. First and foremost important for ph is vanraj shah, the real hero. Uske aage sab feeke hai. 🤣
