In a 45 year old woman with 3 grown children and cancer obviously they will remove uterus and ovaries.

How about a surprise pregnancy track post MaAn wedding. Nobody would expect that (pun intended) lol.

Late pregnancy is a delicate topic though, lets see if they have the courage to get into it.

Again, from all the foreshadowing, I feel like Kinju baby is gonna kick it during delivery and the kid will end up with MaAn.

Haven’t watched the episode yet , but read and saw the scene regarding pregnancy ...Was thinking myself if the track we had planned could be in the making ? 😊

Even if it is Kinjal’s baby, maybe MaAn would have adopted the kid by then
