This is typical of ITV chars. To show women empowerment, they end up making men spineless. It is high time to stop showing that women can be strong only when men around them are weak, run away from problems etc etc.

Women can be portrayed as strong and independent even while being surrounded by strong, normal men. I wonder what it takes to see something like this on television. Still waiting for that day to dawn!

Bingo, you have touched the POINT!! Two strong people can create magic together and both can share the shine. I don't understand what is the harm in this?? It's so refreshing. And many times they can just stand beside each other when one shines bec who ever shines its THEM afterall and not an individual.

There are hardly any strong male character written in itv history

Infact if we pay attention then there are only four types of male leads present here:

1)fl worshipper like Anuj who has nothing better to do other than appreciating the fl for whatever bullshit they say or do and the one who runs away from every minor problem so that fl can solve it and become mahaan🤡

2) chauvinist and negative characters like vanraaj who will hate and cheat every other women they meet (for god knows what reason) so that the fl fights with him and becomes mahaan🤡

3)angry young man who is super rich and has some kind of past trauma bcz of which he manhandles the fl and shouts on everyone (but dil ka accha hai🤡)

Later on his trauma gets cured by fl ka pyaar and boom fl is manaan🥳

4)the softie and good ones who love the fl but have no brain and get manipulated by every other person be it his mom or kaam waali baai🤡

He will have a selfish family but ofcourse he will be too blind to see that and thus the fl will protect him from saazish that his family does and hence she will once again be mahaan🥳

The only constant trait in all these MLs are that no matter if they are business man or riksha wala but they will never go to work and do panchayat in family ka jhagra🤡

Overall the thing that I'm trying to say is that India me male characters ka ek hi kaam hai and that is to glorify the female leads

yepppp, 200% Agreed👏👏 and this angers me to the core and hence i prefer to be OFF ITV

I guess just like they were using Vanraj's dialogues on Anuj, now they are using his behaviour too... First they used watchman or guard for Anuj. They the name plate from promo scene instead of Vanraj, in end Anuj's nameplate was taken out. Now money wise already Vanraj and Anuj are swapped....

Vanraj had this habit of running away everytime like he did for divorce.. so now they are just showing this for Anuj... yes, this is not the Anuj they had shown earlier, anyways these days nothing about him is same.. I guess now they are showing him as 'bhagoda' like earlier Vanraj was called...

That said, they showed his in anger for last second on tea stall.. again they are confusing viewers.. this way later they can show, he way away for 3 hours as he was planning something..

Waise what was next bad thing about Vanraj, be prepared we might see that with Anuj soon...

Keychain with name and embroidery were too much.. but getting neighborhood house on rent is quite possible. The lady had met Anuj so she knew the person, must be interacting with Anu too...so on that recommendation she got the keys with some understanding to pay security deposit later...I have seen lot myself, for rent places too the trust, good will works.

There a saying na in ITV is women dominated and movies are male dominated... It's difficult to find strong FL in movies. .

It's just the way industry works, yes there are some exceptions. We thought Anupama was one, but we were wrong this is as main stream as any Kekta show..
