she is not used to do romantic scenes so keeps forgetting how to emote. On top of it she is getting romance scenes with the best in town err world. I hope she watches her scenes at home and see where it needs work so audience can feel that they both are madly in love. It happens to so many good actors, they do a certain genre so much that it becomes difficult to fit in another after a time. that is why some actors don't do similar shows or movies. But then getting typecast can assure you work, coz u master that type.

kyunki show mein to bahut buri tarah se editor ki kainchi chalti h

The problem I think is they are thinking too much… what exactly or how exactly should a women react. She being 44 yr old, mom of 3 kids might not act like a teenager in love and blush etc.. In fact Rups said that in her interview, that they are trying not to make it OTT but in bid to do that things become awkward and natural reactions aren’t enacted properly.

If they just relax and not set the boundaries too much, toh shayad she might be able to emote better.. aise restricted and overthinking se romantic scenes kar rahe hai toh blah 😑 wali feeling hoti hai IMO..
