Yaar I can't see this gatiyapan. I may start again when all this is finished. I may see back to back episode atleast pata to hoga ki dekhna hai bhi show ya nahi.

U know bz of all this crap online trp bhi kam ho gayi hai.

sometimes i stop watching a show for a couple of months and then only come back when it picks up again. i guess if there wasnt a struggle it wouldnt be a family drama tho...so ill give them that. the other scene that had me furious today was her reaction to him finding out that mukku likes vanraj..she was so composed...if that were my man throwing glass bottles like that i wouldve been shaking scared.

Again as you rightly said, there is a lot of confusion here. Most of the viewers now are used to seeing Netflix and Prime where the series is fast and coherent and mostly resembles real life somewhat. So we are used to seeing quality content. Even the romances that we see in movies or webseries nowadays feel real.

With Anupama we can see how the writers are confused which way to go. The issues that they try to tackle like an oppressed woman standing up to abuse, breaking free from shackles, domestic violence, mental health etc are relevant to today. Whereas this Muku Vanraj nonsense and unnecessary drama delaying Maan, Anupama trying to do everything herself…all this is taking it back 15 years into the horrid Ekta Kapoor era where the good stuff never lasted, good characters and storylines kept suffering and getting stretched and serials kept running for years.

If they keep doing this they will lose viewers. This is 2022, there are AMPLE entertainment options available. Even my mother has stopped watching since this Muku Vanraj business because she is creeped out. And Muku is intolerable to tell you the truth. I am sure they can introduce good storylines without ending the series and doing justice to the characters and their arcs. They need better writers perhaps.

- i feel like every single indian serial goes thru this phase of starting off strong and then faltering about a year or so in...its like filling a balloon with air and more air and more air and then pop ! this is what has happened. they kept adding layer after layer and now its too much and every story is suffering. i used to enjoy watching every character tbh (pre-anuj) and then they focused so much on MaAn now i cant wait for everyone but him to get off my tv. 😆 i watch the epi today with mukku telling anu about her feelings for vanraj... i had to hold my head up..i started feeling dizzy and nauseous. it was awful...BUTTTTTT i will say this. when i watch a show i expect to feel everything. a range of emotion. i know there are gonna be times where its not something i want to see but i keep watching for the sake of the story especially if its a show i really like. sometimes i feel like we dont give the makers enough credit...they are the one who brought the show to us, but somewhere along the lines the audience starts trying to dictate what should happen and cuz of trps i guess the PH starts listening. sometimes we need to let the professionals do they job...
