Only anuj has rights to decide for Malvika

I know mentally ill people family has rights to decide on their behalf as per law

But here shahs, vanraj, anupama every tom dick and harry are interferring in that poor girls life

Where were all these people when she was alone suffering in hubby house or for 10 years roaming world.

Or 20 years before when she lost parents?

Even GK has no rights to decide on Malvika

Only anujj has rights as her brother

So can everyone please stop treating her like some property or trump card or experiment material be it baa, vanraj or anupama

Let anuj and Malvika decide what they want to do in their life

Anupama can only suggest she cannot tell mukku any treatment

Shes no psychiatrist or counsellor or even family so far

Even if family after marraige brother has first right over sister not bhabhi

Bhabhi is still an outsider as per law

Its parents and sibling or spouse and kids who can decide as per law no bhabhi devar in medical

Because for property or money bhabhi devar can also harm

If human in coma and to remove ventilator parents sibling spouse and kids can decide not devar bhabhi etc

If unmarried than sibling or neice nephews whoever alive decide

A reason why all this is done by law to protect misuse

Closest relation have max concern and will do everything to protect loved ones and not misuse you see. Who is closest parents, brother, sister, kids and wife

I prefer anupama should not become doctor or counsellor just take Mukku to one

You do not do any treatment because it may relapse or rebound

Anuj is the brother not the owner over Malvika life her decisions he is also no psychiatrist

So Anuj has no rights to decide for Malvika,only Malvika has the right to decide what will happen with her or a doctor.

if i were anuj i would be happy for the help

not sure if you have ever had a family member or friend who had a mental break down that you had a responsibility to, but its can be very very very difficult for you to handle them on your own. especially to convince them to get the help they need. other than GK who is 100 years old, who else does Anuj have ? as it is, he has no idea how to handle her...if by default he is getting some extra support from Anupama's family, what is the harm in that ?

Help from whom anupama samar bapuji is fine

But the other shahs are all dangerous like snakes

They will give 1 re help take back one million

I would rather keep counsellor or full time maid to help mukku than take shah family help

It is foolish to assume anuj could not handle her

In initial days he was alone handling her trauma 10 years back and nursed her back to health and better mental health too

But hes busy in work so after few months or year could not give her all the time she needed

Every family does same cannot be behind sick human 24/7 for 10 years

I know the law and that says only a legal guardian or legal representative can make the decisions. Anuj is neither of these. This means according to the law Anuj has no right to decide.

Mukku is not only since her return depressed, means she was fit to make decisions before her return and is still.

And as long Mukku is legally responsible, she can also make her own decisions or decide who makes the decisions for her, Anuj is her adoptive brother they are not blood related means she can also decide that Vanraj, Anu or the others decide for her.

adopted has no value as per law

i know adopted sibilings who decide for aged or sick siblings

no one says you are adopted get blood relatives
