I think she'll blame Anu by saying ki mera bhai tunhare jhamelo main fasa isliye aise hua maybe. And when Anuj wakes he reveals Aneri and his relation relationship which will probably be strained and then he'll fight with Aneri to stop blaming Anu. But yeh nayi entry if she wants to create problems for MaAn, she'll need Anuj on her side but from the phone call it seems Anuj is tensed she's even coming around/in the city/etc.

I don't trust her at all. Maybe this is the track that sends her to jail like in Sreemoyee so quite possible she did it na 🤢 I don't think they'll cut her character out of the show like that though, so I'm still unsure.
