Deviating behaviours

Kavya going to Anuj was not wrong. As Kavya thought of her survival. And for survival perspective she is right. Kavya has not humiliated Anuj, so she asking for a job offer to Anuj Kapadia was not wrong at all. Atleast for me. Her nature is very hypocrite one. A very witchy one. But she knocking the doors of Anuj Kapadia, I didn't find it wrong.

Even Anuj today was so classy when he declined her friendship and ordered Kavya to call him Sir 👏. Anuj clarifies that he is a friend only to his partners and some exceptional people. Not to the employees. He makes things clear on the very first go. But I would have liked if he had taken all the things in written. So if in future if Kavya brings any mess, then the written thing, would save Anupama. As I am sure in the future such circumstances may arise where Kavya will go against Anuj just to create a obstacle in Maan's story. She is Kavya, she can change her behaviour like a chameleon. Yes, in the past episodes she is talking sense but as a wife. She still hates Anupama. She appeared to be selfish when she was nice to Anuj and Anupama.

However Anuj believes that a man cant be a reason that why a woman's progress suffers. Same he thought about Kavya. Kavya's work graph is good, but as we remember during Kinjal and her presentation. She represented carelessness. Then same carelessness she can show here also. In the home, she will fight with Anupama and then here her anger will reflect in their project. Kavya's scene with Anupama was hard to digest and also a nice one. Hard to digest because Kavya is a chameleon, yesterday she told Anupama to be a Gawaar, Unpadh and now she is shaking hands with her. Nice because of Anupama, because from day one Anupama was good to Kavya when it is necessary. Bad when necessary. She could have thought of her past grudges, but she thought that Kavya once stood for Anupama, when Anupama had a dream to work. She also said that Kavya hasn't insulted Anupama till everything wasn't disclosed.

We all are like Devikas in the Anupama and Kavya scene. We feel that Anupama has a Mahanta syndrome. Ofcourse from my viewpoint she definitely has that. Anuj and Devika's scene was absolutely good. Devika as always was the voice of the audience. Devika was right that she is Kavya how can she be given a job? Considering all the parameters, Kavya shouldn't be given a job. She will create a trouble for sure. Only mistake Anuj has done that he has believed Kavya verbally. But other viewpoint is right, that why to leave goodness? It completely depends on how you think. Tried to keep myself in Anupama's shoes and I dont find her to be wrong also...

Pakhi for this character I have always changing opinions. Today she is nice, tomorrow she will bad. Someday I like her, someday I hate her. But she is better than Toshu. Apart from the fighting mess, she created a smiling atmosphere in the home. A much required change.

Kavya informs everyone about she working with Anuj and most importantly under Anupama. Vanraj you are spoiling everything, atleast your wife is trying to resolve all the problems you created and you are questioning her. Refusing her to do that job. THIS MAN NEEDS A PSYCHIATRIST SERIOUSLY 😡😡

Leela has gone nuts in the pyaar of beta...I have no energy to describe how bad he was today....

I agree with devika too that anu has that mahanta syndrome but anu needs to understand that she cant apply that thing in life always I like that she said I have forgiven you not forgotten though you are working under me but please don't create a mess so i hope kavya will be sensible here and not destroy her career, I also liked how anuj and anu are keeping their professional life personal enmity and differences separate regarding kavya, I neither find anyone wrong today neither anu anuj or devika all were correct according to their pov. Even if for a change they show kavya and anupama being keeping good professional relationship it will be worth watching.

It was indeed a deviation from Kavya's one-upmanship . She was trying to cross her limits and Anuj the suave business tycoon showed her where she belongs.

Kavya can stoop to any level to have her way so Anuj says it was Devikas and his role to see that the land mine doesn't trip Anupama.

Anupama too made it clear that the partnership was for the betterment of women like her and she did remember the nasty way Kavya behaved ever since he EMA was known. yet she chose only to look at the bright side of Kavya and would not stand if she came in the way of the project vision which i thought was a good way to deal with a spitting viper like Kavya.

Bold lines: This was the best thing about the episode, but only one man was horrendous and that was Vanraj shah...Tomorrow he will be a demon😡

I will like to see that Kavya will try to understand Anupama this time and dont blurt out that Anuj and Anupama are gonna do this or that

But Anupama's project is for the ladies who have dreams and who wanna raise their voice. So anupama was right. Bloody Vanraj being the indirect reason, that Kavya wont get work sounded unfair. Kavya is horrendous but this one is a chance for Kavya to prove herself to Anuj, that she can be trusted in professional life atleast

thanks for the review Kosha, yet to watch the epi and it seems like a good one. I always thought Kavya was practical and her going to Anuj for a job putting aside their recent dispute shows shows that...Anuj knows how to deal with people like Kavya and he welcomed the chance to hire Kavya cause Kavya was deserving and would also put a hold on any future issues from Vanraj.

That's what I'm worried too like devika, that itna bolne ke bad bhi kuch dhating na karde whenever she opens her mouth she makes herself humiliated except in few situation nowadays she is sensible but idk how long, hope work place mein professionalism dikhaye..

Anupama should take advice from Kinjal that how to deal with Kavya in workplace 😄

Or else Anuj ki office mein teri sautan ki jagah mein teri boss ka jaghda shuru hoga 😂
