I've been stalking this forum since the entry of the most pyaara ANUJ but have been an ardent viewer of the show since the very beginning. ( I think this is true for most of us, right?😆)
Today's plane scene was, hands down, the best in ITV... He is such a gentleman
The auto scene was so beautiful, so pure, so aesthetic!! Them pulling each other's legs... Kaun kahega, yeh college mein achhe dost nahi the? 😂😂... No doubt, VanYa are jeaaaaallllloussss🤣.. 9 saalon ki dosti ke bawajood unke beech woh vibes nahi hain jo in mein 9 dinon mein ho gayi!!
I don't know if this has been discussed already but the name "ANUJ" always fascinated me. We all know that he has always admired her from a distance in college too which means he has always seen Anupama in her pure and raw state.. No inhibitions, no restrictions whatsoever. And since he loved her to such an extent, he has, knowingly or unknowingly, picked up many of her habits and nuances. After Anupama's marriage, they were oceans apart.... Anupama moved on from her college "self" i.e. ANU and became Anupamaa. Vanraj called her "Anu" after marriage but gradually, somewhere amidst all the zimmedaari, she lost her identity and also herself.
However, Anuj lived his life with the memories of the college wali "Anupama".... He even dreams the same about her, she being in college with Devika, laughing, talking, eating imlie etc. He could never move on from Anu and slowly, but steadily, she became a part of his nature, his way of life. I think this is why he still has that boyish charm around himself, it feels like he is still stuck in college even after 26 long years.
Not only his name has a part of Anupama in it...
His words, thoughts, actions... Everything reeks of Anu!!!
I believe this is why Anupama also feels a sense of familiarity with Anuj... She becomes herself in front of him and that too, so effortlessly.
P. S.: This is just a wish but I want to see a scene between them when Anuj says "Jai Shree Krishna" and Anupama says "Bye" (instinctively)❤
Anuj pehle hi Anupama ke rang mein rang chuka hai.. But with this, apni Anupama bhi Anuj ke rang mein rangna shuru kar degi😆
