Cold Wars and groupism on anupama set

Guys since so many days I am sensing cold wars and groupism on anupama set.

Everyday paras , sudhanshu and madalsa indirectly informs viewers that there is 2 groups on the sets and cold wars seems so high. Nobody likes to talk other group members.
Sudhanshu is showing this Cold War openly to fans by not tagging Rupali and other group members in the show promo.

Madalsa and paras also informs everyone indirectly about their cold wars by posting sqad goals pics.

Sudhanshu, paras and madalsa looks so unprofessional and behaving like immature souls who are flaunting cold wars on Instagram page.

I know their toxic work environment is none of our business but I genuinely feel bad for rupali the way these all colleagues are trying to corner her. Seems like Rupali has only good friend left on the show is alpanaji (baa).
Their posts speaks everything about their toxic work environment and groupism. I don’t know how rupali is surviving on the sets everyday but it’s clear groups are not on talking terms with each other and they have very very strong cold wars on the sets.

Rajan shahi and production house should try to sort the things atleast for show followers .

Here Cold War is not in between just two people. Except alpanaji, muskan and aashish everyone is hating rupali and conveniently started groupism.

Also indirect digs through stories, comments and captions also by SP, paras and madalsa.

Sudhanshu while reposting Star Plus post of Anupama promo, removed the tags of Rupali and Ashish who were tagged in the original post. After fans pointed out and asked him questions for the same, he closed the comment section.

I don't know is it insecurity or what. Insecurity may be because she is playing the titular role and gets more attention? But didn't expect the same from Sudhanshu atleast.

Don't expect anything from Rajan, he is just interested in his money, if he wanted to resolve the issue, he would have done it earlier.

If there is a cold war and groupism on the sets then so be it, what can you do exactly? You can't force people to get along now can you??

And what is this "how is Rupali surviving?" She isn't alone on the sets and has her own group too moreover I don't think she should care about all this.

Looks like success got into their heads😆....i don't know what the issue is but groupism n such things will lead to the downfall of the show once it shows on screen .I hope for the show they work as professional..

I also observed that...but I think slowly it is becoming normal as Paras and Muskaan posted the pics with each other today on instagram

I am not forcing anyone on anybody. They are faces of the show and the least thing they should do is professional relation maintain hone chahiye. The way sudhanshu chopped of 2-3 names of other group’s members from the promo was not professional and immature act.

Whether you like someone or not , on the public platform you should not spew your fights of fans face.

Dude professionalism is limited on the sets while they are doing their job not on their social media accounts, no one is obliged to maintain any sort of relationship outside work or offer any kind of pleasantries or courtesies as such, and that's his personal account and he can choose whom to include or exclude in his handle while posting the promos nothing unprofessional or immature there. If he doesn't wanna tag anyone in his posts that's his choice and we should respect that instead of judging him. And no they are not spewing anything on anyone, it's the fans who visit his posts by choice, he never forced anyone to join his posts. If the cold war is evident then its evident, what gives?

Muje unprofessional bhi laga and immature/childish bhi laga Sudhansu ka post .

Agar itna he woh sahi tha toh apna comment box kyun bandh kar diya uss post mai! 😆

Bandh nahi Karega toh logo ko bakwaas karne ka mauka dega kya? Usne kisi ko apne post par tag nahi kiya toh Rupali ke fans ko mirchi kyun lag rahi hai? Koi zabardasti hai kya??

Can you please link the posts that hint that? Apart from Sudhanshu not tagging Rupali, I couldn't see anything else. The #Spam family dance videos seem harmless. (Also quite funny because Madalsa can't dance 🤪)
