Anupamaa Written Update 22 Apr 2021

The episode begins with Anupama reading the letter left by Vanraj .

He is unable to bear to watch his baa babuji and mama ji in pain because of his decision to divorce Anupama and marry Kavya .

He is unable to bear the hurt of his children who are about to be separated from their mother . He is unable to wipe out the beautiful memories of his 25 long years of marriage with Anupama.

Henis unable to decide what’s right n what’s wrong at this juncture and he wants some time to himself to reflect n rethink , he wants to be left all alone so he was going away to undisclosed location.
Anupama is infuriated by reading that letter .

Samar Pakhi and Dolly ask her the reason behind her fury . She tells them that she had heard n seen grooms ditching their brides n running away from the altar /mandap .. this was the first time she was seeing a husband running away from divorce , She accuses Toshu ke papa of doing this all his life , just running away , ever since their marriage .... when faced with problems at home he ran away from home to his office , when problems occurred at office he ran home , he fought with wife and went to Kavya , when he fought with Kavya he ran back to his wife .. now he had run away fearing divorce .

Anupama is very tired of his behaviour . She questions why was always the wife held responsible who would have to face the bombardment of questions and accusations and reply to everyone ?. She was tired of this !! Baa Babuji wil accuse Anupama of being unable to keep her husband at home . Kavya would accuse her of plotting to keep delaying the divorce .
she was tired and frustrated of this man n wanted to divorce him right away . She asks Samar to call up his office colleagues tk find if they knew . She asks a Dolly to call up all relatives to see if he hears with them. She asks pakhi to call her friends to find if he had visited their house .
At Nandini house Kavya is trying to contact Vanraj but his phone is unreachable , he is not responding. She decides to go n confront Shah family about Vanraj’s location.
When Kavya arrives at Shah house she learns they were looking for missing Vee , she accuses Anupama of purposely plotting to delay their divorce n thus delay Banya marriage .

Anupama asks Kavya ti know that her would be husband was a habitual runner/escapist . She better get used to this habit of his . Kavya is taken aback . Anupama further insists that she truly wanted this divorce to get over nit for the sake of Kavya or Vanraj but for her own sake as she wanted to be free of all these frustrations as she was tired of them .Kavya is shocked .

Anupama hands the letter written by Vanraj to Kavya to read n know for herself what was going on in Vee’s mind .

Dolly asks Kavya ti read n know that Vanraj was thinkingnofnhisnparents n family , he was worried for them n their hurt n pain. Kavya was no where near his priority list neither was marrying Kavya figuring in his mind.
Dolly taunts Kavya of trying to think of Vee and his priorities rather than her selfish motives . Vanraj had gone if cause he was tired n frustrated of Kavya . Kavya is shocked .

Police van arrives and informs Anupama and Shah family that they had found a dead body who had committed suicide , Police hand over the mobile that they had found near the body. Anupama and Shah family is shocked to identify Vanraj’s mobile and fear the worst as they are asked to identify the body .
