As others pointed out the whole Award system is rigged. Some people buy those awards. As long as Rupali doesn't feel upset, we shouldn't care much, the audience and TRP are enough to prove her worth. Who cares about that rigged system.

She deserved to be nominated and win the award too. Her spectacular performance is what keeps the show and our hopes up!

I'm also shocked this show really had average content but because of rupali acting it is watchable. Highly disappointed I even saw madalsa shrama nominated for best supporting actress. I don't even know if rupali will even get mother award atleast. Very unfair if she didn't get any from ita one of the biggest awards functions

no doubt shweta is good actress but rupali deserve it more for Anupamaa

Ita is awards given based on People votes maybe she is not popular among many people I doubt sudhanshu even got an award because he is not even a tv personality. Overall I didn't see any anupmaa cast reciving any awards as yet for ITA

On top of that,,, as Sutapasima said... That award shows are rigged to favor certain producer or show or channel over others.. So... Definitely not surprising... But definitely disappointing..
