Anupamaa Written Update 08 Jan 2021

The episode begins with Vanraj lying on his bed and apologising to Hasmukh Babuji. Hasmukh refuses to forgive him until he stops being selfish. samar comes n addresses his father as Mr Shah n tells hi he would be there just in case he needed anything.
Early morning Anu does Pooja after bath n prays all goes well this new year , she gets pleasantly surprised to see brand new wrist watch .
Hansmukh Babuji and Samar are very excited as they greet Anupama a very Happy New year and gift her the watch. Anupama gets emotional and says this is the first time she will be wearing one as she had never needed one earlier .
Babuji says being ghar ki Laxmi she used to be ahead of everyone , but now at school she will need to be on time . Samar excitedly states that on new year she was beginning her new work .

While all the members of Shah family along with Jhilmil together work in the kitchen , baa is her ususal bitter self n taunts Anunfor leaving behind her sick husband, the cooking , the taking care of domestic chores n leaving the house for job. Hansmukh praises Anu for balancing house work n Job and moving with changed times . Also it was the need of the hour . They assure Baa that house work will be taken care of .
to Anu’s surprise Van also supports her .

All Shah family members wish Anu best of luck for her first day at work in school, baa is at her taunting best . Van again asks Baa to let Anu work , he also wishes her all the best much time Anu’s surprise .

Anu’s first day at school goes well n on the way back she buys fruits for Van n Babuji

On her return home Baa taunts her for getting late.
All are taken aback by the return of KinTos from honey moon . They are warmly welcomed , Toshu is shocked to see his father in bandages . He asks what when, how etc . Baa says they did not inform the honeymooning couple as there was little they could do from Udaipur. Also they would get worried. Van assures he was OK ? Kinjal asks if he was all what wa she doing here?? Whynwas he not in his own house ??

Baa asks her not to forget her sanskaar as Ban was her Sasur . Kin touches Van’s feet and asks the shameless guy to leave. Baa says this was Van’s house n he would stay. Kin says this was no more. An’s house but her mother Anupama’s house , she could not bear to see Anu’s pain.
VN was the most selfish guy in this world, he left the hiuse for his own selfish reasons without thinking of the family, he created ruckus at her marriage without thinking of any one but himself n Kavya . Instead of taking part in Rituals he stood there holding Kavya hand for his selfish reasons . Now that he was injured he chooses to come here for his selfish reasons !! Van is shocked , Anu gets teary eyed , baa is fuming with fury .

Kinjal asks why was everyone sympathetic towards Van n failing tk see Her mother Anupama’s pain ?? She asks aanu not to remain quiet n if she did Kinjal would fight for her !! Why did a society expect women like Anupama to go on suffering quietly and keep forgiving betraying guys like Van ??

Kinjal states this man had given so much pain to her Anupama maa that she could feel her pain even if everyone turned a blind eye. Kinjal refuses tk live in this house if Van was allowed to live here ??
Baa reprimands Kinjal but Kinjal fights back , she refuses to bow down to wrong expectations n demands . She fights for Anumapa maa van’s pain was plainly visible but no one saw Anu’s pain ?? Why ??

Kinjal refuses to live in the same house as Vanraj as she did not want her mother Anu to get hurt. She could see her pain even if Anu hid it .

Anu thinks Kavya also loves Van n she too surely will come here to see Van.
as Kavya is unable to stay with out meeting Van she reaches Shah house to see Van but Baa stops her.
Anu n Kinjal are working in the kitchen and Anu feels heart broken that her relationship with Van had snapped when would he leave her alone ??
