The only way for Anupamaa to believe is if she catches both in bed because a hug will be described as a friendly hug or sister-brother hug....

I feel anupama going to believe that vanraj and kavya having affair only after when anupama sons's will get married and kavya and anirudh get diviorce

High chance is that after divorce of kavya and anirudh only, maker will reveal direct truth about kavya and vanraj affair to anupama and then anupama will believe it that vanraj and kavya having affair

Anupamaa gives trust, blind belief is the biggest reason they all keep maligning her and Vanraj keeps cheating her.

Anupamaa definitely needs to see Vanraaj and Kavya in a compromising position. Otherwise she won't believe anyone's word.
