This is such a typical Kyoko-like reaction / Imagination ! 😳Kyouko stares at Corn and mutters kiss. She points to her forehead and cheek but Corn says, "It's lips."
Naughty Kuon ! Kyouko says that she'll definitely disappoint him. He asks why. She tells him because the kiss to undo the curse, it won't do if there is no pure deep love' and regretfully, she is no longer pure. Corn says then, deep love', could it be that she doesn't have love towards him. Kyouko says about that, she indeed likes Corn but to undo the curse like' is no good, and L..'Love, if there is no THAT.. Corn says then if it is that, then there is no problem. "Because I love Kyouko-chan."
Aaahhh! Finally a confession ! ❤️After 10 freaking years 🥳 of waitingAnd, Kyouko falls on the floor..yes it was a knockout...with the referee starting to do a countdown. Corn bends down and wonders what's the matter with her. She is thinking what is this naturally stupid prince blurting out without thinking with Ren's face and voice.

She tells him that it is a promise with Tsuruga-senpai that she will protect to the death, this body's purity. Corn asks why, why would she make that promise when obviously, they aren't lovers and that Ren is really super thick-faced.

She doesn't have the courage and until now, she totally doesn't understand Ren's feelings. What is she to do. Then, she recalls Ren telling her that he hopes that there would be an opportunity to practice their depending on acting skill in controlling the heart rule.

He is startled when Kyouko starts screaming out loud. He tries to call her name then she looks at him with teary-eyes. While Corn is taken aback by that, Kyouko says, "Unexpectedly, there's such a thing..Prince Corn..!! My beloved Corn was unexpectedly forced to experience such a sorrowful life.
So what kind of character has she dreamed up now ? Knowing Kyoko, Definitely a fairy princess ! 😆😆

Comment: Okay..those who want a confession from Ren got that, even if it is in that kind of situation ^^; Those who want Kyouko to say that she likes Ren, well, it didn't happen. Those who want to see more of Kyouko acting, got that, too..of course, without any costume, etc.
Boy, Corn is really persistent to the point of bullying Kyouko just to get his kiss. And, he is indeed jealous of his Ren' persona. ^^;; It seems that whatever Ren told her has a great impact on Kyouko as if he is some sort of god' to her and those advices/encouragement always help her out when she's in trouble. This situation is no exception so she is now going to use acting to give Corn his kiss. And, with that flashback of cannot use twice on the same person', I have a feeling that Corn might back out on this one.
So, I guess the question would be, would we have a kiss within this encounter/arc or not. Hm..somehow, I think there would be a kiss..hehe, fearless guess..=P Well, just look at the title, Hot Spell' in this chapter and the last one, what else could it mean and lead to, right? Two chapters about removing the curse and it is supposed to be hot. If there is, I demand a full spread of two pages dedicated to the first kissing scene on the lips. And, don't get too excited over my expectations since I might end up hanging my head in embarrassment over that prediction =P And, it would be an acting kiss'. ^^; And the title might just be about them talking about it and not real action ^^;;
Based on that last two pages, there is a high probability that Corn would try to wiggle out of that kiss thing since it cannot be used twice on the same person in reality' and it would be Kyouko who'll insist on it. ^^; Though, it will take some willpower since he is weak against her tears. As usual, the mangaka is putting in the predictable and the unpredictable scenes. Ugh, she's really teasing us.
Well, however things come out here, Kyouko would have to confront Ren later on about what he meant about that don't let it happen twice' thing. Anyway, I kind of hope this stuff would continue and hope that it would lead into something really good before any interruption whatsoever happens.
See, I'm no longer expecting progress in their relationship, I'm now only expecting something good. =P Also, aside from improving her acting, this is Kyouko's golden opportunity to play a character in some fantasy fairy tale world ^^ I almost forgot, I think the one whom Kyouko mentioned had passed away is her father so perhaps, that is somehow related to how or why Kyouko's mother treat her that way in the past. Maybe it was because of some sort of false expectations on Kyouko to make up for the grief? And wanting to forget that she easily abandoned Kyouko?
This is the second time something about Kyouko's past that is revealed, aside from contacting her mother for the passport. And, the conversation in the first was is amusing..hopefully, you guys know which fairy tales they are from ^^ In a way, there seems to be more emphasis on Sleeping Beauty's story. I'm thinking that if her acting life is like Cinderella, her love story would be like Sleeping Beauty especially with those hints like knowing each other when they were young, and she slept' in a ruined caste = place with Shou before.
