Andal Azhagar Episode 46

Andal leaving for work from Chids house. Chids is sad about his diet due to his medical problems and asks if there is any way to eat rice. Andal advises him to eat brown rice. Viji comes and asks for a cure for headache too. Andal tells her to take sukku coffee and milagu rasam. Both surprised that Andal did not prescribe them any modern medicine but Andal says not taking any medicine at all is the best. Chids agrees. Subha comes and announces she has a fever and receives a patti vaithiyam cure from Chids. However, Andal gives her a prescription and explains that Subha believes in taking medicine and this was just to appease her and that the prescription was vitamin tablets and water. š
Andal tells Shakthi that she has a hospital infection and asks if he can drop her but Shakthi says he has to go for panchayat at a friend's rice mill. Andal asks if Azhagar is free to drop her off at the hospital but later worriedly withdraws her requests. Shakthi says no problem and Andal says OK, she will agree for his sake. š Really Andal??? š
Azhagar comes to pick up Andal who apologizes for causing him an inconvenience and says he must have a lot of work. Azhagar asks if she is joking and Andal laughs. Azhagar tries teasing her and Andal gets irritated, telling him not to joke or she will get down. Azhagar laughs and says OK. Andal pulls out a pair of cooling glasses š and Azhagar says Jodi porutham super. šAndal tells him to get a move on. Azhagar starts with a BGM. š¤£
Kavitha calls Andal and thanks him for his help with her wedding. Andal hands Azhagar the phone saying all thanks is for him. Andal jokes that Kavi is so grateful and calls Azhagar as her brother. Andal calls Azhagar by his name and Azhagar is emotional. Andal thanks him for taking this risk, and says even husbands and wives must also thank each other. Azhagar looks at her and feels again. Andal realizes the meaning in her words and tries to take them back but to no avail. Azhagar smiles - Pothi Vacha Malliga Mottu BGM starts. š
Andal laughs and tells him not to feel emotional as there is no chance of them uniting, šand asks if he has forgotten that he has begged her not to tell Shakthi about their love matter but Azhagar is oblivious to this.
Later afyer school Azhagar tells Kathi that he can't recognize any of his classmates and Kathi says that is why they have to attend college more regularly. As they leave Azhagar says he has to pick up his mother from the hospital. Kathi looks at Andal and asks Azhagar if that is his mother. š¤£Azhagar realises Andal coming šand quickly asks Kathi to leave by bus. Andal asks why Kathi left. Azhagar says so they can talk confidentially. Andal sternly asks why but later says she likes his laugh and his way of calling Kathi.
They prepare to leave. Azhagar asks her to promise not to tell Shakthi and asks if Andal likes him. Andal asks him to give one day to consider and Azhagar is happy. š
At the temple Poosari and Shakthi talking. Poosari hints at Shakthi to help him to get a job in any temple since he is called Poosari. Shakthi says that is just a nickname not to be seriously taken. Poosari changes the topic and asks Shakthi to pity Andal and fetch her but Shakthi says Azhagar is doing it. Poosari says aahaa and thinks...š
AA comes over. Shakthi asks why they came here and Andal says she came to pray and light a lamp. Azhagar goes to park his cycle. Meanwhile some rowdies are planning to attack Andal! š”
Poosari notices them and wonders who they are. Rowdies see him looking and start to leave. But suddenly they stop the vehicle. One rowdy takes out a knife and walks towards Andal. Poosari notices this and tells this to Shakthi and both of them run after the rowdy. Andal sees this and is shocked. Rowdy takes out the knife and aims it at Andal š²but Azhagar takes the blow.ššš Rowdy runs away while Shakthi and Poosari shout at him.
Andal cries and holds onto a wounded Azhagar šwith Shakthi while passers-by come to help.
