Paythal , I would not like your idea of Abhi getting married to some one...Whom you have in mind , unless a new character is introduced by CR. We all know the the existing Rift between Rohini & Madan. In coming days lots of headaches are on SKPD - Missing Mother , his promise to Abhi that he is a part of RK family, Charus flexibility or lenient towards Abhi.

I think we are going to get a mix of "everything " next week. Typically - The change of menality of Madan
Manisha being seen by Anita, Charu's Nerruppu towards SKPD after hearing of PP kidnapping. In the middle will be ACD, whom SKPD will point the finger of not taking much interest for not finding the kidnapper of PP

Why should Abhirami not remarry? Why should she adhere to Tamil panpaadu and tolerate a loose character like Katta Bomman? What does she lack? She is still young, she is reasonably attractive and she is very intelligent & capable. Not to mention, extremely loyal and generous to those that she loves. Sure, she's a bad enemy but who on Earth is perfect? As far as I am concerned, she has redeemed herself by returning the stolen properties back to RK and it is time for her to build her own life now.

Why should she have to take back Katta Bomman? She can do so much better. Rohini can keep him, in fact, Rohini DESERVES him.

Paythal, agree that Abhi should remarry and that she doesn't deserve Madhan.

But back to the "Boss", as you refer to her. I thought her initial reaction to Abhi, calling her Akka, etc, was because of her utter naivety; she mistakenly thought that Abhi was on her side. It was only later that she saw through Abhi's true colours and started resenting her. Remember, Abhi was constantly trying to foist her sister upon Karthik even though he was a married man. She was clearly looking for ways of breaking up the marriage. And, in fact, the Boss's change of attitude towards Abhi was well before she discovered that Madhan was having an affair with Rohini.

Abhirami deserves to be in prison for attempting to "kidnap" indu, providing false testimony during the Joe trial, obstructing justice against her father's crimes, and doing everything to "murder" Mrs. RK.
What loyalty? Her mother saved her from certain death from her father, and she took his side.
Paati says so many times if this happens or that happens I'll die happily. What's she waiting for?

Oru humble request Paythal! Veera Pandiya Katta Bomman was a great warrior, who was one of the earlier freedom fighters against British Rule. ( ofcourse ellarukkum therinja vishayam than, pudusa naan onnum sollalai). Comparing Madhan with VPKB is too much , especially when you call Madhan as a scumbag. All along I thought your comparison was because of his bushy mush and stout figure. So please let us not tarnish the image of our freedom fighters.

Nope, as far as I remember, The Boss had started having suspicions about Madan and Rohini even before she had suspicions of Abhirami but did not alert Abhirami to these suspicions. And remember the scene in the garden / park where Abhirami comes out openly and tells The Boss that she will wreck havoc on RK's family? That was AFTER Shanti had already become a party to Madan's adultery and had agreed with Madan that Abhirami should be cheated on because "Akka has no kids!" That is why I started disliking The Boss with a vengence. By the time Abhirami came out in the open about the lovers, The Boss was acting actively as go-between between the illicit lovers.

If Abhirami did in fact attempt to foist Ramya on TIT, The Boss is no better because she attempted to guard (and even defended) the Madan-Rohini affair.

Nice try. How did she "murder" Mrs. RK? And Joe trial? What's that?

Curiouser and curiouser. She took HIS side? How? By wanting to have BOTH parents as any normal child would? As far as I'm seeing, she's NOT
choosing between her parents - rather they are forcing HER to pick sides.

PT,
The evidence is purely circumstantial.
Abhirami clearly wanted Indu for keeps and everybody in the show racks their brains and finally wrest her back after she's cured. That's every one, including the law.
Why did Mrs. RK get high bp? Because Abirami was bent upon giving the house to Srini. RK even falls at Srini's feet to save his wife from death. Shanti pleads with Abirami. Unforseen for such a decent woman, Shanti. Mrs. RK dies, and even then Abirami is ruthless about the house. It's certainly the concern about the house that has killed Mrs. RK.
Again when Abirami is at the hotel where Sam first appears, followed by Arjun, when the murder is commited, Abirami is all bent upon getting Arjun framed for murder. She testifies against him. Again the whole family, society and law save Arjun from the wrathful Abhirami.
Finally Abirami's childhood. Charulata runs out of the house after she learns that her husband is a murderer. She saves her daughter's life from growing up under the shadow of a murderer. And remember SKPD's story about the monkey? Charulata wonders aloud in the temple as to why she saved CP.
All this does not take any analysis. One cannot be blind to these facts. There is only one aspect to Abirami's character, and that's revenge. Vengence towards others. She does not deserve any kindness.
Who knows? In the last episode, SKPD might stand on the monkey to save himself from the flood, and the monkey drowns.

Let me ask you something. Did Abhirami lie? She merely told Indu what TIT himself believed. Was she right? No. Was it a lie? No. Was it an act of decency? Heck, no. But would the truth have eventually come out? Yes.

But all's well that ends well. Indu's sangaptham ended reasonably.

Which I do not understand AT ALL. Once RK had willed the house away to Abhirami, legally, it becomes HERS to do with as she pleases. That is exactly what she was doing and why was she giving Oosi Vedi the house in the first place? For information about her parents, specifically her father. So whose fault is it? Abhirami's, for giving away what is legally hers, or OV for blackmailing her and withholding information until she gave him the house?

Morally, yes, Abhirami may have made a mistake BUT she has now regretted the error of her ways and reformed. Why still flog a dead horse?

Am I missing something here? Abhirami was at the hotel quite by chance, not by design. And she told the court what she SAW, that she saw Arjun enter the hotel and leave in a hurry with a crowd on his tail. When the judge SPECIFICALLY asked her if she saw him commit murder, her answer was a TRUTHFUL "Yes!"

And if you must blame someone for causing trouble for Arjun, blame Arjun himself for being in the wrong place at the wrong time and our ACD for not covering up for him.

That was her choice. How was this influenced by Abhirami in any way?

Did Charu bother to tell Abhirami the story of the monkey? Why not? Why cannot she warn Abhirami about her father like she warned Jamuna? And as for why she "saved" CP - who asked her? SKPD would never killed his infant daughter if she had left her behind, he was simply after his fleeing wife. And why didn't OKS tell Abhirami about what transpired that night instead of giving her cryptic dialogs like "Yennoda karunaila anniki uyir pozhachenga!" What the heck is Abhirami supposed to make of this?

I couldn't disagree more. Sorry.

Paythal, I think you've got the sequence wrong. Abhirami foisted Ramya on Karthik from day one of Shanthi's entry into the RK household. And, I'm pretty sure Shanthi got wiser to Abhirami's evil intentions well before the Madhan affair track began, which, if I remember correctly, was introduced at least 6 months after the serial began. (Indeed, I think Shanthi began to play go-between only after she herself separated from Karthik, went back to her home town and then came back to Chennai and took up residence elsewhere.) Someone else please verify the sequence.Abhirami, on the other hand, was portrayed right from the beginning of the serial as bearing ill will towards Shanthi, who was initially meek and fell for the game. Later, when she began to see through Abhi's devious nature, she started getting more assertive and it was then that she rallied to supporting Madhan's affair.
