Abhirami meets Cheenu & he advices her 2 buy the engg.college at any cost before shanthi&group finalises it.He says he will make all the arrangements & make sure everything will be easy for her.He tells her that i'm u'r wellwisher & u just have 2 convince uma & shyam & complete all the formalities.She thank cheenu & leave saying if someone wud see them 2gether.
Kandhuvatti reaches hospital 2 find the kaidhi but he comes 2 know that he is discharged from the hospital & police shifted him someother place.
In Ashram Police protection is done & the kaidhi is given full protection.AC&his high official come there & AC introduces the Chief of ashram 2 his highoff.He asks sorry for disturbing the ashram by police & he asks abt the kaidhi.chief is telling that they have 2 examine before starting treatment.AC leaves asking the police 2 be careful.
Uma reaches shanthi's house & they keeps chatting.While chatting she informs shanthi that abi wants 2 diversify her business&shanthi guesses is it engg.college?uma says yes & shanthi informs uma that Rk was also interested but she enquired & doubts the motive of sale&so they dropped the plan of buying.Shanthi says abhirami is over adambant in certain issues but uma says it is abhi's ambition & not adamance & she leaves.
uma reaches home & informs abhi that the engg.college proposal need 2 reconsider but abhi asks did she meet shanthi.uma says yes & abhi starts blaberring that she needs 2 buy the college at any cost even by selling or mortgaging RK's company or house.Uma says that she will give her money b'case people will curse her that only after uma's arrival abhi needs 2 sell her company.so she promises abhi that she will give her money & convince shyam.
shyam is not convinced but uma says RK appa's company cannot be sold b'case we will have 2 unite the family & we have 2 make RK appa sit & runs his own company when family unites.so there is only one option left.
Uma meets Rk&his wife & informs this.Rk says it is her company,i don't have any problems.Uma says laxman told me 2 adjust with abhi & so i'm financing now but Rk wife says she is very bad woman & she wants 2 make uma lose her money & stand in Platform.that is abhi's intention,rk wife says.Uma is looking shocked & the screen freezes.

Uma & Abhirami go with their lawyer/auditor and sign the intial papers for buying the engineering college

AC durai goes to dinesh's house & lets swathi & dinesh know that Divya is his athai pOnnu, &nd since he does not know where is Athai went after divay's murder, & he does not have any photos, he wanted to know if dinesh would have any. Lo & behold dinesh does have some pictures of divya's athai & he takes them with him

Srini & the builder are gloating in their success in making abhirami take the bait by signing the engineering college papers

Abhirami calls kandhu to a restaurant and asks him why kandhu gave her visiting card to Anna who got killed. Kandhu says he never did. Kandhu leaves abhirami is wondering if srini would have given the card, and she goes to her card, when some one call her , she turns around and is shocked to see a smiling AC Durai standing there

Vishnu is the developer to whom abirami sold RK's house to and then there had a rift and Srini introduced them to each other. Now he wants to take revenge on Abirami, as she gets him caught by cops.
