Yes Caryn.... I am stuck up to my neck with this nonsense.....earlier it was ACD and Priya going around in circles with their romance and till to this very day they are not married off leaving us viewers high and dry. Ippo indhe Shanti-Karthik-Monisha saga is another unbearable torture .....😕

Further apologies to the updater - ACD's kidnappers are two young ladies in black jeans, black shirts, black trench coats, and dark glasses, toting submachine guns. What a sad day this is for TN police - their finest has been kidnapped and that too, not by Sameer as was originally feared, but by two women from the Far East!!!

Well, Eljay, the two ladies from the Far East had no choice but to force ACD to marry Priya at gunpoint. They are hoping the viewers will appreciate the effort even though this would mean a further erosion of confidence in the TN police force, which CR alone is responsible for.

I think the point here is to tell CR that he has some elements of a good plot for a spinoff series that the IF creatives will conceptualise, direct and convey through these pages and that this spinoff series has greater viewer buy-in than the original series, which is boring viewers to tears. If only IF'ians had the financial wherewithal, they could produce a new spin-off series that will definitely draw away viewers from the original Anandham 😉 (Er, any producers reading these pages?)

No, Jagdu. I will probably have to write a story about ACD getting a veterans day award in 2048 for nabbing Sameer and then another story about ACD and Priya being the oldest bride and bridegroom in the land.

Thanks, Eljay. I did glance through the video very quickly. Did you notice that AC Shankar had a different playback voice? In fact, to me, it sounded more like his real voice (which I heard briefly in February). I was just watching in fast forward motion and didn't really pay attention, so I may have been mistaken about the owner of the voice but it certainly did not sound like the AC Shankar voice that we are used to.

Hmm, looks like I have nothing much to discuss. In fact, very few people seem to be participating in the Anandham discussion these days, all put off by the stale Shanthi-Manisha-"Paavam" Karthik story. Aarrrgghh!!!

Can not imagine a senior police officer going around with
a snap and asking around!!!!! CR, how much more cheaper
can u get? Do u ever watch the serial - the way the public

Thanks, Pat. OMG, I hope they don't start the Rocky being ill saga again. Roja, agree with you that senior officials shouldn't be involved in the trivial aspects of a case no matter how important the case itself is. I do recall also JC appearing at trivial aspects of some cases (can't remember the specific instances but there definitely were many such instances). Problem is CR recognises fans want to see more of ACD (and Priya), so he thinks they will be satisfied with such sops even if it appears ridiculous for an AC to be hanging out on the streets with a photo and accosting passers-by. CR should deploy ACD in a more substantive way or not at all. But then he fears that he will lose his audience if there is no ACD (+ Priya) and it's all RK and his family.
