Thoughts on Sept 8/week. Who stood out?

Some of my show-stealers:

Aabhas: great song, great performance! he did complete justice, lovvvved it.

Harshit: I Liked it!!! His "mohabat kya hai, tum kya jaano" is still ringing in my ears..

Apart from looking like a drag queen, Abhilasha sang nicely. I was hooked.

I like Irfan but I didn't like his Om Shanti Om performance. I think the word they were looking for was FLAMBOYANCE. It is a such a great stage song and it should be sung with expression, proper modulation and viiiiibrance!

Mirande, Sumitra and Ishmeet are sinking in my view... Mirande gives great performances but doesn't deliver great singing. Sumitra has a nice voice but can't carry a song well from start-to-finish. Ishmeet is fair.

To be honest, I feel the show has lost some spark. These 7 contestants don't look like a SOLID Top 7.

Mirande was disappointing.
Great creativity displayed by Harshit. Instead of singing just one song, he created his own medley. I loved it. I agree with your top three. Irfan gave a great "performance" (started out in the audience and came back to the stage) but should have focused more on singing.

Hey, Isha was a good guest judge! Came across as composed, graceful and knowledgeable. 👏 She genuinely looked like she was enjoying every performance.

I liked Abhilasha, Harshit and Irfan yesterday... Abhilasha's voice is amazing... Harshit was as usual great and sounding a playback singer to the core... But I am not sure he made a medley... I think thats a single song - I might be wrong😊

Abhilash when she starts off singing Aaaa it draws you to the sound and u want to follow it.

Oops sorry - how could I forget Ishmit 😊 That is one of my favorite songs of all time and he sang it so very well 👏 👏 👏 Ishmit's voice is so pleasing and he brings a very soothing effect to all his songs... Ishmit was absolutely great yesterday and it was his best performance till date...

Ok.. so I have watched the episode.. I think the masti factor (or the x factor) in it was clearly evident in Abhaas and Irfan.. I agree that Irfan's voice projection was not up to par but when you're performing and moving yourself from one place to another, it is bound to happen. However, in comparison with all others, I thought these two actually had me bound to my seat.. Abhaas got this masti in him that I really enjoyed a lot.. While Irfan's performance was full of life and energy.. As for Abhijeet, word of advice: stop tutoring these kids after they're done with their performances.. U want to make them better, do it before the show dude!!

Ishmeet's voice was very melodious ... And I enjoyed Harshit too.. But the end part of the song was much more fun... As for Abhilasha, she started off well but I felt her voice cracking and getting strained.. U can even sense this when you see the re-cap towards the end of the show. As for Mirande, she was alright.. But Sumitra's song choice.. What the hell was that? I was bored out of my mind... 😕

Ismeet was very nice and the song indeed was so soothing.He is another gentle soul.I like him as a human being.

Mirande has to go next but we cant predict what will happen .She is not up to the mark at all.

I loved harshit on Friday.He seems he lost something very dear to him and looks sad.

i disagree it was nt his best till date.... his best was also the audition round... yesterday was good but the harkatein that he did nt do left the impact of the song needed😕

I dont know if singing more than one songs is allowed..... everone knows that medley always leave a better impact than one single song..... then why only one contestant was allowed to do so..... if it is under rules and others did nt opt for it.... i must credit harshit for doing it.... nonethless he was excellent in the last two songs.... chaand mera dil was ordinary 😊

second i liked aabhas... he sang really well but the impact of aaja aaja was not as good..... but overall good

Abhilasha was third best..... she was good at certain points and strained her voice at higher notes.... her strained voice was evident when she asked or votes too.... i really dont know why this girls are having the throat problems for so long

It was a single song as far as I think... The song originally is the same in the film... And so it should count only as one song, not a medley of songs...
