Any suggestions to improve the show?

Do you have any suggestions on how to improve the show? What would u like to see, change, etc? Or would u rather have it stay the same?

1.Yes my main issue is that the main theme of the show is music director vs singers.
how can we have an MD as a neutral judge?the way jatin was defending harshit, was not funny.as it is the music directors are showing their bias(that is a concern on other svoi sites too).they seem to have chip on their shoulders.
i would like someone like Hariharan, a singer to be included on the neutral panel.

2.i dont want any girl to be voted out this week.we already lost one girl last week.Prantika sang so well on the independence day special.I felt bad for her.

otherwise,the show is going to take off in a major way in the coming weeks.There is a sudden increase in the number of new members in the forum and why not!! 👍🏼

I agree with Ankita...that's one thing I would like to change...they should have brought in a neutral judge from outside!! Oh well...I guess the guests that they bring in can do that job...

As far as guest singers/composers/musicans are concerned...its perfectly fine with me...but wot in the world will guest actors do (apart from promoting their movies)..who don't know first thing about music!! I think its a stupid way to make any singer be evaluated by someone who is not related to music!!

Another thing I would like to change...is the way how these judges start getting up from their seats to bless...kiss...hug...touch feet...etc etc...This is utter nonsense and I dont know who started this trend!! This shows great bias...and is insulting to other singers..who are genuinely putting forth their best show...it kind lets them down!

There are numerous things I would like to change about VOI...but since its the baby of all the musical shows..I'll cut it some slack and be less ruthless becuase I'm pretty sure as the shows and months pass...it will get better!!

Not much to improve I guess... They are doing fine... Maybe it could be publicized it a lil more and in a better way... They could bring the reality episode to the prime time slot on Thursdays...

*Format wise they can select one Female and one Male singer as Top.

It is difficult to compare men vs.women in singing.
* Givethe singers multiple songs in different Genres to sing back to back.

* More learned Judges / Guests

* More Themes reflecting all aspects of singing notjust Bollywood clones

* More duests and multipairing (Not just one pair )
* Oral Interviews on stage of contestants to the top musical Legands.

One thing is to get the judges (qualified ones, if and when they do come) more involved. They wasted Jagjit ji and he wasn't even thanked at the end. Finishing the show with a song by him seemed pretty obvious to me

very nice post because thats what we were thinking from few days that there are few things which this program is lacking and can be improved.we had been gr8 fan of gajjis talent .but quite sad to see trp sfalling for voi.
few points which can make things little better-
first of all the stage needs to be changed right now its look complete dull too dark looks depresing comapre to its counter part may be more vibrant one coulor can be used may be blue as theme.
second important point judges needs to be little better ther comments hardly make any sense thereare 2 music director on the show but they havent given any work to any contestant make it more lively where a normal guys life changes he get chance at this platformthats what people want to see , sorry to say but choice ofjudges are very bad especialy abhijit and alka yagnik , no good for the show.
and last what v wanted gajji has already started getting the the right celebrity judges.
hope everything goes fine and voi will be on top.

More Suggestions
*Final Day Voting suggestion or some where from now on is to record all singers in a professional studio and play it for public to see how good they are for voting purposed.
* Make incentive for runnerups upto 3rd spot. (Not just top winner gets all and it should be substantial )

* Have a Sound engineer / Speech Coach as a guest judge.

* Give them a Therapist to overcome stress ( which is quite there )

one more thing,

the contestants look a bit awkward with their make up done n the kinda outfits they r being given.......gajji shd hire some good stylist as well......

the singers r good in the show, but the way they r being promoted n presented is not upto the mark.......

dark stage,dark background, contestants dancing for no reason makes the environment dull......n seems like they r not presenting the serious singers seriously

i dun understand y singers as judges r there in the show 😕 they can never give any work to any contestant as singers, n in this particular programme if some presently famous n successful music director is called as a judge it wud always be beneficial to the contestant n wud attract good singers in the next series as well 😊
