I don't like how they're picking the top three from each group based on the 1-10 performance rankings. Since the ranking hold weight and determine who is eliminated and who is in the top 12, they should make the decision after listening to all the performances.

Plus, the ratings are so inconsistent- one judge gives a six while another gives a 10? 😕 I won't be surprised if they do that to keep the suspense until the end.

I know most people here don't like the judges (even I feel they get too carried away at times) but wouldn't it be nice to see hear comments from all the judges and not just the ones who give the highest or lowest scores?

What do you all think?

Yes - for sure I would like to hear the comments from each and every judge as to why they gave that rating... Atleast that way some judges like Adesh, who have this propensity to give almost everyone an average 7 ot 8 will think so before doing that... We will also get to hear why a performance like Sayantani's on Saturday got a low 6 from many while a lesser powerful performance from Sumitra got higher marks!

As for hearing everyone and then deciding the final 12, yes that would be the most fair way of doing it.. but the format and the timelines of the show perhaps demand that some logical group be formed to select the finalists.. Now whats the logic of forming those groups is up for anyone's imagination, as we are already discussing in another topic!

I think they would find it hard to articulate their reasons. It is also possible that some of this is getting edited out because it is not really worth keeping. GS may be deciding that the n'th 'dil ko chhooa nahin' is not worth keeping.

When they speak, they contradict themselves, as the discussion of Jatin's words in another thread shows.

I like it when they are specific. I am sure the contestants do too. Then you have something to take home or into the next round. On Lil Champs, the kids improved by leaps and bounds because much of the advice was specific.

But if you remember, even in Lil Champs it was mostly Abhijeet and Alka who used to give these objective comments.. Bappi'da was mostly into 'bahut achha gaaya, aur achha ga sakte ho'... Am wondering whats making them not give those objective comments here? The MD vs Singer ego issue that we are seeing here? May be...
