As far as I am concerned, I agree with Jaya. TRPs are simply a number. I've mentioned that in an earlier thread too - that both shows are doing well and let's be happy for both.
TRPs keep on fluctuating. Next week maybe SVOI will be back up again - who knows. The most sensible comment from the article you posted was this one by Zee's VP:
Zee however, has a different take on the issue. Ashish Kaul, Executive VP, Zee agrees that STAR is ahead but the difference is in "decimal points and it's only for a week. But if they are happy over a week's performance then I wish them all happiness," he quips.
As for why we keep coming to laugh at SVOI's judges - that's because their antics are funny. Like Alka ji's drama. Ab SRGMP forum mein topic bandh ho gaya to yahan hi aake hasenge na. 😆
