Live Update for 16th June 07
As we saw yesterday, the intial auditions are over and total of 36 contestants are selected from 6 venues. Some of the non selected singers were also good.. but the show format allows only 32 contestants and hence today the judges will listen to some voice which they want to test once again including some standbys from Indore like Priyani... and then they will finally select 32 for the start of the show... They have come to the sets of Voice of India... the set looks good.... I hope to bring the update in best way possible😳
The show began with a recap of all the auditions and then they showed all the 5 judges taking the oath of seven surs to select the best voice as voice of India....
Finally we are in Mumbai studio.....
Shaan asks them how the show will go ahead...... so all judges say that we have taken oath and we have to be fairest in selection only based on surs.... so they will hear all and will decide again so no injustice is done....
Since 32 contestants were required and 36 are selected.... now they will listen and select last 32....
Abhijeet says Sangeet unhiko jo sangeet ko imandar hain.....😊
From Kolkata, Alka says she wants to hear Randeep for his versatility.....
Randeep:
He sings "dil ke jahan me ek aag si jagi hain"
He had sung a classical and they wanted to test him with offbeat song...... He was okk with this song i think....😊 the judges wanna listen more and comment😊
From kolkata only one is listened...... other 5 are through to final 32😊
From Indore, Aadesh wants to listen to Aniruddha because he was controversial inclusion.... as because of him Priyani was out.....😊
Aniruddha Bhola:
He sings "Tum bhi ho main bhi hu"
He is not good with singing........... he cd nt do the justice to this song😕..... but his voice quality is nice surs bahot kacche hain.....😊 No comments for now from judges....😊
From Indore Alka wants to listen Aanchal......
Aanchal:
She sings "Mere dil ka tumse hain kehna"
She seemed more nervous today and that affected her performance a bit...... But still she was good......😊
Abhijeet says "Agar aniruddha raha to yeh rahega.... agar yeh jayegi to wo bhi jayega"
Jatin says that Aniruddha has real nice voice... So Abhijeet and Jatin have an arguement....
They want to listen to Priyani....👏

OMG they have changed the looks of so many contestants... nice clothes, hair cut, make up lols.... She sang well but I dont know what judges say... Judges reserve decision....😊
Now they turn to Mumbai so all others from indore are okk to 32.... from mumbai, they were deciding on Rahul.... Alka says she dont need to listen but Abhijeet said he wants to listen... so they have some more discussion and finally decide to hear him

He sings "ae subah tu shabnami"
He was okk....... he was good but not better I would say.... 😊 Abhijeet shakes hands and so does jatin and aadesh.... aadesh said u sang well... and u touched my heart...😊 Alka says... aapki maa idhar hain unki blessings hain ke aapne accha gaya.... they ask her mom to say something... she starts crying so his dad talks...😊
So now they go to Delhi so others from mumbai are through to 32.... From Delhi, Jatin wants to listen Aaditi... She changed her looks... the ahir cut and all...

she has really sang well today....👏 I think..... Judges reserve the decision on her but she is pretty confident as she sang well....

He was good with the song😊....
Vipul says "main akela amritsar se aaya hu.. yaha jo baithe hain wahi mere mammi papa hain"
Shaan says whatever u wanted to say u said through ur song... and said very good and says gear up.... then shaan asks judges if they want to listen to anyone else from delhi
judges say no so others from delhi are through to final 32.... now from Jaipur Alka want to listen to Shraddha and kaushik...... (no ryan)

She sings "Dil ki girah khol do chup na baitho"
She has such wonderful voice.... she was good with the song😊.....the comments are reserved😊
Kaushik:
He sings "Dil ko tumse pyaar hua"
He sang the song really well👏..... in complete mood he was in the song👏..... Judges reserve the comments but shaan says that they were enjoying the song but muqabla kada hain so cant say anything😊

then they say that they pass all other jaipur contestants.... now going to Lukhnow, the judges want to hear to Kanika...😊
Shaan says that its first time that the judges are reconsidering so that if any injustice is done that can be corrected... but i did nt get then why did nt they hear ryan again.....

She sings "Ishq ki kaisi majbooriyan"
I think she started off well but lost it in between... hv nt heard song before so dont know exactly😊....
Alka says they wanna listen saptaparna

She sings "Jiya jale jaan jale"
She sang well 👏..... So now total of 11 contestants are heard again.... so final decision would be coming and final 32 will be selected....
The once who are not performed today are already through to final 32.....😊

Shaan welcomes all.... and now 11 contestants are on stage.... Shaan is stressing a lot that we want only surile singers ahead and judges have taken oath to bring them and will do whatever to do justice....😊
