Nimrit as a sister loves Amrit more than herself so wanted to protect her sister from torture at the hands of Agam and with added pressure from rajmata she went ahead and married him...

once the decisions have been taken and the marriage duly performed with all the holy rituals followed, one cannot just sign the divorce papers the next day and say its over, its not some child's play going on...

Nimrit has taken the step with the purpose of helping her sister and also her family in the process (due to rajmata's emotional threat) and now with her mother's guidance she will surely give this marriage a try..

as far as Amrit is concerned Agam did not want to marry her which he clearly stated on the day of marriage... he wanted to humiliate her as she had done to him, and he sucessfully achieved his purpose...so there is no hope there...

and as far as chemistry is concerned ...only further episodes with help us judge that...
