i dnt think so cuz if they were then they wld have been twins or atleast some similarities but they both are so different

no they are not conjoined in real life. This was just done for the show.

If they were actually joined in real life...they wud look identical..they wud have conjoined as GOD's wished too...now they are conjoined as serial DIRECTOR wishes...all these r not matching..so for ur question ans will be no/false....😃
