Ummm....since they're both conjoined.....i was wondering in the promo the doc said "agar ek beemar hai...to doosre ko ghar mein bayeth na padti hai" eerrmm wouldnt both of them would be sick since they're conjoined and the sickness can travel to the other one's body?

wat if some conjoined twins come across cancer or sumthin like that...wouldnt that affect both or just one of them?😕

just curious!😊

Conjoined twins actually should have the same physical traits, including same genes as they are formed after incomplete splitting of the same egg. Me wondering the same thing about the illness.
In which part are the twins conjoined? Not hand is it? How do the manage to wear two separate type of dresses 😕

well i didnt get the exact answer to the question.
actually about the sickness thing it depends upon the degree of attachment..some even share numerous organs in that case if they are suffering from a disease of shared organ they both are sick..
they both should be ill if one suffers from something like fever or cold because of close contact..

however there are cases where the twins are alomost complete having two different circulatory, respiratory, nervous, digestive and other saystems with a very small piece of cartilage/flesh joining them..they can be easily seperated..

in that case if one has cancer then the other shudnt suffer from it...howevr both will suffer from diseases that spread from contact

hope that helps

but here are some interesting facts regarding conjoint twins i found during search

...CONJOINED TWINS

are identical twins who develop with a single placenta from a single fertilized ovum.

are always the same sex and race.

are more often female than male, at a ratio of 3:1.
occur as often as once in every 40,000 births but only once in every 200,000 live births.

are more likely to occur in India or Africa than in China or the United States.

may be caused by any number of factors, being influenced by genetic and environmental conditions. It is presently thought that these factors are responsible for the failure of twins to separate after the 13th day after fertilization. Conjoined twins can be artificially generated in amphibians by constricting the embryo so that two embryos form, one on each side of the constriction.

There are no documented cases of conjoined triplets or quadruplets.
