break up happened some days ago..... then y tunisha was with him for lunch....

wer she was trying to get patch up n get things worked out.....

in end a life is gone.... loss for her parents

The mother is leveling allegations after allegations against sheezan which is why he is still held in custody. He is an Arsehole, but objectively, I don't think abettment for suicide Accusation stands unless police finds something incriminating.

Again one can throw heaps of accusations towards a person but that couldn't have stopped the guy from getting bail nor could he be continued to be detained and extension of such. That's not how law works. It's obvious police have hard evidence, tangible and concrete proofs against the guy. There are very few situations of non bailable offense when it's case of suicide and all of them are serious heinous crimes.

according to a recent cctv footage they found, tunisha and sheezan had a heated argument before she commited suicide...maybe thats why she was found dead in his room?

I wonder what took them so long to find this footage?

Also according to her mother, Sheezan slapped Tunisha

they definitely found something which is why they are probing further. this is a suicide case and gained a lot of media attention, so they will investigate it thoroughly before coming to a conclusion.

If he hasn't killed her directly, no matter what, he is not a criminal and doesn't deserve what he is going through. Being a cheater is not a criminal offense. The guy has been abused in past, has a traumatic past and now that he got a good opportunity to show his talent, this happens. Her mother is definitely devastated but by ruining him she won't find peace. Think of his family too. His career is definitely destroyed now, and obviously he will suffer mentally alot. Her mother should have taken action when she attempted suicide earlier. Forcing a child into showbiz at such a tender age then letting them date and live in and now blaming someone for not reciprocating the same feelings is problematic itself. Unless Sheezan stangulated her to death, which is obviously not the case, he is innocent

if they break up some days back... y was she having lunch with him...

normally.... we used to keep distance as possible... for nt getting hurted again....

anthr... as said... if this was break up depression... then argument.... lead her to take this result.... these all wont make him criminal... everyone have disagreements fights with friends collegues.. families.... suicide is not a solution for that....

by suiciding that opponent who argued wont b criminal...

if she was badly tortured... abused..... etc is criminal offense.....
