I think everyone needs a friend like Usha who isn't afraid to tell you the honest truth no matter how brutal it may be but I think she was a little to harsh on Shobha. She was being a little insensitive considering Shobha just a few hours ago found out about her husband's betrayal and is still trying to process everything that just happened and here she is lecturing her on the stages of grief...Why not give her a hug and let her know you will be a support system through this terrible phase and just let her cry on your shoulder?!? I really like Usha's honestly & bluntness & I agreed with everything she said but she could have waited to give her lecture at least a few days after the incident!

U do hv a point .. a hug she could hv given her before lecturing her on acceptance and moving on but I guess she was trying to bring her out of her denial phase and wanted her to accept the reality before its too late and so was trying to act a bit too practical 🤔 ..

agree with you, but when AK says Usha needs to give time to Shobha, Usha says the longer she is given time, the longer she will be in the denial phase. if truth has to come out it better come out at the earliest

Liked Usha .. In my pov a true friend who did not gloss the situation and showed the mirror to Shobha.. A hug would have dimished the effect of her words..

I liked Usha because she is true friend who never hestitate to say truth from their friend. At the same time she was bit harsh as well when she is aware that Shobha is just got a shock or I say first time she is facing the the facts/truth of her life. I think at that time Shobha needs most is hug and then facts.. Anyway Whatever Usha said was right...I felt Usha was aware of these facts much before...

Sho was in denial...Usha tried to make her 'smell the coffee' but failed...Vik ke words ne woh kaam kiya... But I think Usha did what was required of a friend...there are a lot of others to hug and cry with Sho but not one to shake her out of her 'my huz is innocent' trance.

I loved Usha's attitude and the things she said to Shoba. Normally in Hindi soap we would see Heroine crying bucket of Tears .Freind also crying with her and consoling falsely saying .Your Husband is innocent don't worry. But Usha is a welcome change she showed mirror to Shoba.Normally all wife break-down knowing their Husband's EMA .But life does not end there. Kudos Ekta N CV's for creating and writing a character like Usha ,Kudos to the dialogue writer. The four stage dialogue was awesome.Usha did not want to make Shoba weak by hugging or consoling her .Usha 👏.

I agree Usha was a loittle to harsh she should have given her a little time and also she was a bit bookish
straight out of management theory lol

but I also think these things are rarely handeled softly and at that point even soft words would not have had any impact she was actually in denail

The way she was explaining the phases- phase1- denial, phase-2 anger etc etc reminded me of my lecturers😆
