So either in her state of shock when she learned the truth, she ran and fell and injured herself and the next day the writers healed her quickly or they were fake injuries to put on her act the next morning at the race.

I feel like she learned about DSR killing her dad only after she moved into their house and became close to them, and loved them. That's why when she saw him kill that guy in the market it hurt her more.

Maybe when she went to her mom's house to fight off the money lender, she overheard her mom talking then. We would have to do a little sleuth work and look back at that episode to see if she was wearing the same clothes when she was confronting the money shark and when she was eavesdropping 😉.
