Prem's nightmares

I don't think he witnessed it himself... Actually he's a caring son too much devoted and protective about his pappa. Maybe he can feel and sense his dad's upcoming dangers.
Well in future his dreams and fears gonna made true by his ladylove once she discovers the truth. Then will come Tejaswini's turn to show her duty of a daughter and what 'kanun' or law is.

Yesterday's episode showed Prem in a different light, even in his confrontation with Teja, he seemed more hurt than angry and I think they continued in the same vein showing his vulnerabilities.

But the nightmares seem a problem him enough for him to take medication.

Well I don't like prem's behaviour at all ...the way he shout and rudely talk at his chachu ...is this upbringing his parents gave him...Teja rightY said he is ..."bare baaap ki bigaadi hui aulaad"...nd what this new drama created by cvs that .l..he is taking medicine ...bc he used to have dreams ...someone might kill his dad...being protective abt family is all right I understand this but this does not give him certificate to misbehave with elders ...seriously the way he shown shouting at his chachi ...he is his elder a respectable professor ...who earn his name nd respect through getting education ...nd even I don't agree what he said to his dad..."no matter what I do whole world will consider me wrong bc I m a don son"...nobody consider his wrong always even Teja gave him chance many times...the way he used to talk to Teja ...get i. To physical fight with her torcher her ...what the he'll is this ...cvs giving justification to prem behaviour by giving this new angles of prem having some dreams bc of which he takes medicine nd have anger issues...I mo not digesting it ...at all ...he is "BADTAMEEZ"...but parnav is just awsum actor no doubt.

As for the nightmares it could be prem witnessed something or he psychologically feels worried for his dad coz well the guy is a don😆.

So teja is some state champion, how come her family has financial issues?

I haven't watched today's episode yet so if this was revealed in today's show, then forgive me.

Regarding yesterday's nightmare angle ... I wondered for a minute if his erratic behaviour was because he didn't take his meds but then I assume that his mom found the meds in the kitchen fully intact so she knew that he wasn't taking them. If he isn't taking them, then he is probably not sleeping well. But how did she know that he was having nightmares again? Was it from his ranting behaviour? Or is he supposed to take the meds every night and she found them untouched? Or was it just a mom's intuition? Hmmm?
