The sudden on set of severe headache with loss of consciousness is most likely due to bleeding in the lining of brain not brain tumor
sudden increase in previous headaches sugests rapidly growing cancerous tumor
Classic symptoms of brain tumor are
1.early morning severe headaches daily !!!2.severe nausea with headaches 3.increase in headaches with coughing,sneeziing, straining ,stress as it raises the intracranial pressure
2.Subtle symptoms without headaches are --personality change,new onset of seizures, new onset of weakness, new onset of inability to walk or co ordinate actions .
In our clinical practice we see #2 as the most common symtoms
