Like any other profession , there are some good ones and there are some I prolly will not even drive within 10 mile radius , just in case
But -- one has to understand that every headache is not a brain tumor,
the principle of medicine is --common thiings happen commonly .. so if some one comes with some cough and congestion , we will assume mild upper respiratory .. as every one has it atleast 3-4 times a year ..now - if that cough does not resolve in 2-3 months, then it raises teh red flag necissitating further workup .
Same way couple of episodes of headaches are no big deal . every one has it . but when it bcomes a problmeatic one, then you go after it
