CHAPTER - 51

Next day,Paakhi planned to go out for shopping with Suhaana and so she went to her father and said,"Papa mujhe shopping par jaana hai bua ke saath mujhe paise do."Ananya asked,"Kyu chahiye paise?Itne saare kapre hai tumhaare paas koi paise nehi milenge.Jo hai unhime se pehenlo."Paakhi angrily replied,"Aapka kya hai,aapko to muh dikhaayi mein kitne saare paise mile hai,kitni saari cheeze bhi mili hai,dresses bhi mili hai,aapko to kuch nehi chahiye,par mujhe to chahiye.Main bua ki shaadi mein puraane kapre nehi pehnungi aur main maang apne papa se rahi hu aapko isse kya hai?"Ananya replied,"Paakhi beta papa paise mehnat se kamaate hai na,aise fizool kharchi nehi karte hai."Paakhi said,"No mujhe naye dresses chahiye,bua ki shaadi mein agar main puraane kapre pehnungi to isse papa ki hi to insult hogi ke unke paas mere naye kapre tak kharidne ke paise nehi hai.Thats not done."Akash said,"Ananya its just a very simple matter,isme itni sochne waali kaunsi baat hai?Don't worry beta I will give my credit card.After all bua ki shaadi hai,kapre to achche milne hi chahiye.Hai na?"Ananya said,"I thought ke tum thore strict hoge Akash,mujhe nehi pata tha ke tum Rohit ke jaise hi ho."Akash gave Paakhi his credit card and Akash said to Ananya,"Ananya ek hi to beti hai meri aur itne saalo taka lag rehne ke baad ab jaakar mujhe mili hai.To agar thori bohot farmaayishey karti bhi hai to kya fark parta hai?Just chill!!"She said,"Akash Rohit ne usko pehle se hi bohot sar chara kar rakkha hua hai aur abhi agar tum bhi aisa hi karoge to kaise chalega?Ek bigaarta hai to ek ko to sudhaarna chahiye."Akash said,"Dekho Ananya ye jo parents hote hai na bare ajeeb hote hai.Zyaadatar cases mein,beto ke maamle mein baap strict hote hai aur ma unki har khwahish puri karti hai aur betiyo ke maamle mein thik ulta hota hai ab tum hi batao agar hum bhi sudhaarne lage to tumhaare paas to koi kaam hi nehi bachega."Paakhi exclaimed,"Papa you rock!!"Ananya said,"Ye saari baate karke koi faayda nehi hai Akash.Main in sab baato mein nehi aane waali hu.Pehle Rohit tha ab tum bhi mera dimaag kharaab karne aa gaye."Saying she left from there angrily.

In the kitchen,Ananya was cooking food for everyone,when she heard some footsteps."Bhai arey hamaari puraani bhabhiji ghar par aayi hai aur humne abhitak unse meeting hi nehi ki?Not fare!!"Ananya stopped what she was doing and immediately turned towards the direction of the voice and found Akshay and Dhruv were standing with a smile on the doorstep of the kitchen.Ananya knew that smile and that smile was not a normal one,it was the smile which destroyed her life and compelled her family to move back to US.Ananya asked,"Tum dono yaha kya kar rahe ho?"Akshay replied,"Arey hum to aaphise milne aaye hai...bhabhiji."Dhruv said,"Vaise na aap jo itne dino se hamaare saath nehi thi na,humne aapko bilkul bhi miss nehi kiya hai kyuki aapki vo kuch anmol yaadein aaj bhi humne sambhaal kar rakkha hua hai apne paas."Ananya understood the hidden meaning behind their words and the spoon fall from her hand.Akshay said,"Arey arey bhabhiji sambhaal kar varna aaphiko lag jaayegi.So hum chalte hai.Bye."Saying they left.Ananya ran into her room and then dashed on the bed crying vigorously.Paakhi came to say goodbye to her mother as she was going out with Suhaana but seeing her in that situation,Paakhi was tensed.She asked,"Mamma kya hua?Aap kyu ro rahi ho?"Ananya was still crying and didn't reply to her anything.Paakhi was tensed and she again asked,"Mamma kya hua batao na?"She was still crying and so Paakhi ran to her father who was just about to leave after having his breakfast.Paakhi stopped him and said,"Papa papa mamma na bohot ro rahi hai,main tabse puch rahi hu par mamma kuch bhi bata nehi rahi hai."Akash said,"Ok ok chalo."They both reached to his room and found Ananya was still crying.Akash called her,"Ananya...Ananya what happened??Batao to sahi kyu ro rahi ho?Dekho Paakhi ko bohot dar lag raha hai.Tum batao to sahi ke hua kya hai?"He pulled Ananya up and then he hugged her.He comforted her and asked her,"Kya hua Ananya mujhe batao to sahi?"Ananya wiped her tears when her eyes fall on Paakhi.She looked at Akash and whispered her name and he understood that something drastic has happened and she didn't want Paakhi to know about that and so he said,"Paakhi baba tum bua ke saath shopping par ja rahi thi na jaao."Paakhi said,"Main mamma ko chor kar nehi jaaungi."Akash replied,"Bachcha papa hai na mamma ke saath,tum jaao."Akash persuaded her and finally she left.After Paakhi left,Akash asked Ananya,"Kya hua??Kya hua hai batao mujhe?"Ananya replied,"Vo Akshay aur Dhruv hai na unhone mujhe waapas se dhamki di hai us video ke baare mein."Akash was stunned and he asked,"They still have that video??Matlab 1 saal puraani video aaj bhi hai unke paas?"She replied,"Aisa hi to lag raha hai."She grabbed his hands and said,"Akash mujhe bohot dar lag raha hai.Sab kuch thik ho gaya hai abhi agar waapas se kuch ho gaya to?Phir se agar unhone us video ko lekar kuch..."He put his finger on her lips and then said,"No no...kuch nehi hoga.Is baar aisa kuch bhi nehi hoga,main kuch nehi hone dunga tumhe.Unhone jo gunaah kiya hai usey uski sazaa zarur milegi.Main is baar unhe aisi sazaa dilwaaunga ke vo log zindagi bhar nehi bhulenge.Tum yahi raho aur bilkul bhi stress mat lena."Ananya asked,"Tum kaha ja rahe ho?"He replied,"Main police ke paas ja raha hu."Ananya said,"Nehi Akash tum aisa kuch bhi mat karna.Isse bohot badnaami hogi aur Suhaana ki shaadi bhi hone waali hai.Vaise bhi Viraaj ki family humse bohot gussa hai aur aise mein agar kuch ulta seedha hua to khaamakha mein Suhaana ki zindagi barbaad hogi."Akash replied,"To tum kya chahti ho ke main is tarah se unhe apni manmaani karne du?Hargiz nehi!!Ek baar tum mujhse dur jaa chuki ho phir se main tumhe nehi jaane dunga."Ananya replied,"Main jaanti hu ke tum usse bohot gussa ho par Akash pehle Suhaana ki shaadi nipat jaane do uske baad jo karna hai kar lena."Akash too thought about that and decided that he would not take any action until and unless Suhaana's marriage ceremony is over.

From the day,Paakhi arrived in the Saluja Mansion,she often had a tiff with Akshay and Dhruv and so in her mind,she was planning to teach them a lesson which she got during Suhaana's mehendi ceremony.During that ceremony,Naina asked both of them to get ready for the mehendi function as all the guests will be arriving and so they went to take bath.While they were in the bathroom,Paakhi locked the washroom from outside and threw their phone outside the window and then she locked their door from outside and said,"Ab aayega mazaa!!sarte raho dono andar phir pata chalega ke mujhe pareshaan karne ka nateeja kya hota hai."In the function,Suhaana called Ananya and said to the girls who came to apply mehendi to apply on Ananya's hand.Ananya said,"Suhaana mehendi ka function tumhaara hai,tum lagaao.Main baad mein laga lungi."Suhaana replied,"C'mon bhabhi main to mehendi lagaaungi hi aap bhi lagaalo.Bhaiya ko achcha lagega."On hearing Akash's name,Ananya blushed and Paakhi came from nowhere suddenly and said,"Bua bua mujhe bhi lagwaana hai mujhe bhi laga kar do."Ananya replied,"Paakho chote bachche nehi lagaate hai mehendi.Ye baro ke liye hai."Paakhi asked,"Kyu nehi lagaate?"Suhaana replied,"Kyuki bachcho ke haath soft hote hai and in that case tumhaare haatho mein allergy ho sakti hai aur tab daadi hume maar degi."She replied,"Oh to aap ye sab apne aap ko bachaane ke liye kar rahe ho.Ok,aapki shaadi hai na to aapko main bacha leti hu."Akash was getting ready in his room and after getting ready,he called Rohit.The convo :-

R :- "Hey dude kaise ho?"

A :- "Mujhe tumhaari madat chahiye."

R :- "Any time bro!!Bolo."

A :- "Yaar mujhe na Ananya ke saath akele time spend karne ka mauka nehi mil raha hai.Main kya karu kuch samajhme nehi aa raha hai."

R :- "Ye koi problem hi nehi hai.Bimaari ka bahaana karke kamre mein bulaao and then lock the door from inside."

A :- "Par aaj Suhaana ki mehendi hai."

R :- "Arey tab to aur bhi achchi baat hai koi dhyaan bhi nehi dega."

A :- "Par hai na vo Paakhi maharani,agar apni ma ko nehi dekhegi to ghar sar par utha legi."

R :- "Dude vo bohot samajhdaar,maine train kiya hai usko.Usko ek baar bata doge na to vo tumhaari help hi karegi.I know her."

A :- "Ya I know but Ananya hamesha busy rehti hai."

R :- "Beta Akash agar aisa hi karte rahoge na to rishta kabhi aagey nehi barega.Usko main jaanta hu ab initiative tumhe hi lena parega.Koi bhi bahaana maar kar usko apne paas bulaao.Whats the big deal?"

A :- "Are you sure it will work?"

R :- "Brother 9 saal ho gaye hai meri shaadi ko,do bachcho ka baap hu.Just chill and go ahead!!"

A :- "Ok."

He disconnected the call and planned to call Ananya in the room by some means.
