''Kya!!! Main abhi arahi hu... Chinta mat karo...'' Ananya replied.
Ananya cut the call.. She immediately packed her bag and called the hotel authority to book a ticket for Delhi,immediately,as it was a family emergency. She couldnt afford to lose her time.. She quickly got ready in simple clothes and waited for the phone call from the reception about the ticket booking.
''Hello,First Officer Ananya Rawat?''
''Yes..'' She replied.
''Ma'am,your ticket to Delhi has been confirmed.. Your flight is in half an hour.. Taxi is waiting for you.. You may come..'' Receptionist explained.
''Thank you so much.. I am coming down... Another important thing,please dont inform Captain Akash about the late night trip to Delhi.. I have had a talk with Mr.Sen,our airport manager in Delhi. He will handle Captain Akash..'' Ananya thanked and reminded the receptionist.
''Sure,Ma'am.''
''Thanks''.. Ananya half-heartedly smiled and quickly went out of the room,which she and Captain Akash shared.
She entered the taxi and ordered the driver to take her to the Jaipur Airport,as quickly as possible. As it was night and roads were free.it didnt take much time for Ananya to reach the airport. Soon,she entered the airport with her luggage and ticket,she went to the boarding counter and took her boarding pass and sat on a chair and waited for the announcement for check in.
After some minutes,Ananya checked in and was inside the flight,waiting for the flight to take off. She took her favorite window seat and fastened her seat belt. She called Mr.Sen and informed that she has checked in and is inside the flight. Mr.Sen nodded over the phone and assured her that he will inform Akash about it in the morning.
After the talk,Ananya heaved a sigh and looked outside the window. She was thinking about the cheerful encounters that took place with Captain Akash during today's flight. She became very comfortable and friendly with Captain Akash,in a very few days. She liked it whenever she used to accompany him for any flight. Many months passed by with Captain Akash,accompanying him to many different destinations. The laughs,the stories,the rantings,etc,whatever they shared was pure fun and loving. Nowadays,she started developing feelings for Akash.
The way he supported her during her case infront of the Pilot association,her fights were Captain Rathore were something to cherish about. The time they used to spend during flying was beautiful. The way he used to care for her and support her made her fall in love with Akash. Yes.. She is in love with her fellow pilot,Captain Akash Saluja. But,she didnt know,whether he loved her like she loved him. Though she felt something like this through his gestures,but was confused.
Today,she was about to confess about the feelings her heart developed for him but,all hell broke loose when she heard that Natasha loved him deeply and he just considered her as a mere co-pilot.. Her dreams shattered right there. Her heart broke into zillions of pieces when she heard it on her own. Her soul was deeply hurt...
She went to the room they shared.. She remembered the candle night dinner they did,few moments back. She couldnt take it anymore. She cried loudly,bringing out all her pain in the form of tears. She clutched her hair and fell down on her knees and cried loudly to let out her pain. She was broken,forever.
After few minutes,she wrote a small letter and left it on the dressing table and left for the flight for Delhi.
Her thoughts came to a halt,when she heard the pilot announcing for take-off.. She wiped the tears off and reclined herself and closed her eyes so that sleep could take her over.
Next day:
Akash came inside the room and found no traces of Ananya in the room. He was amazed yet worried.. Suddenly,he saw a paper kept on the dressing table and went to pick it,when his phone rang. It was Mr.Sen.
''Hello Captain Akash. Main Mr.Sen bolraha hu. Woh,First Officer Ananya Rawat had a family emergency,so she left Jaipur for Delhi yesterday midnight... She is in Delhi now... Main aapko kal raat hi inform karne wala thha,but,work kept me busy... I hope you understand... Aajke flight keliye aapko aapke third pilot assist karenge... Good day..''
Akash slumped down and heaved a sigh of relief hearing about Ananya's safe arrival in Delhi..
Akash finally took the letter.
''Dear Akash,
Bohut dino se ek baat kehna chahti thhi aapse,ki,main aapse be-intehaan pyaar karne lagi hu.. Mujhe aap mein ek accha dost aur ek saccha pyaar karne wala dikhayi di..Yeh baat main aapse kal hi confess karne wali thhi ki mujhe pata chala ki Natasha aapko pyaar karti hai aur main aapke liye sirf ek co-pilot hu.I was sad but couldnt stop myself from loving you. Wish,I could Have told you before about it... Will miss you a lot and...
