I'm not sure whether is Mahima dead but there are strong possibilities that she has been harmed. Someone was hunting her for the little diary in her bag.

She was so tensed in Goa, she wanted to discuss something with Ananya but she just left when she saw Akash. Not sure whether is she with Akash or she is working against him.😕
