I hope that Sumitra's funeral will be beautiful and that she will have a nice send off.⭐️
While Sumitra had such an undignified death maybe the director could dedicate more time on her funeral episode, and give her the dignified send off that befits her character. A nice farewell for a truly nice and beautiful lady.
Somebody put it very aptly about her role today ... that she was tossed around like a sack of potatoes. Very true and very sad.
So who will really and truly cry at Sumitra's funeral? There will be some who will be genuinely hurting deeply at her loss like son Shekhar, but there will be many more who will be shedding crocodile tears.
Come to think of it, the CVs won't be spending too much time on anyone's shock, grief and sorrow ... croc tears or otherwise.
When Madhav sees a big picture of his grandma Sumitra, maybe he will understand that his grandmother is no more. But the CVs will not likely spend time on Madhav and his grief at all.
When Laali arrives home, she won't even be shocked to find Sumitra dead. That's the way our CVs make serials. They don't show too much emotion in places that require it.
Even Ranvijay won't be shocked about her death, wherever he is. Maybe he will be glad she is dead. (Do you think he will come home to attend her funeral?)
There won't be any expression of shock on anyone's face including Madhur and Rekha because the CVs won't be showing it --- (that's why it is a badly made serial).
The day after tomorrow, everyone will probably have forgotten that she is dead and gone.
I would have hoped that maybe now Riddhi should be introduced and seen to be attending her grandmother's funeral.
And if Ayodhya Singh has gone on a pilgrimage, he should limp home now and say a few kind words on his bahu's funeral. Unless he has already preceded her in death.
