Audience love the latest mantra of TV shows which is authentic. Move over those 'larger than life' style characters depicted in soaps, now TV serials are all about real life people and their lifestyle. The small screen doesn't seem to be now interested in showing a life that doesn't exist at all. We take a look at few such shows that depict a picture that is close to reality.
Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Kijio
Zee TV's Agle Janam Janam... highlights the story of a village girl Laali, who stays with her family in a remote village in UP and she also aspires to get a husband like any other girl, but she is not aware of the future... that she will be sold to a rich Thakur and the presentation of the track is done authentically, like the language is correct, then their dressing style goes with the region, which is simple with no gaudy make-up.
The lead actress Laali (Ratan Rajput) keeps the show alive through her performance which has a different dialect as she speaks Bhojpuri language, which has become a common language in most parts of the country.
