Sideshwari and Shekhar
When Sideshwari sees that there is no money in the bag, she get's worried and starts screaming at Shekhar. Shekher tries to console her, and tells her that he will earn money. But she tells him that he's not useful and can only play the flutes. She says that she doesn't want freedom like this, and would instead prefer to stay in the kothri. Shekhar keeps trying to convince Sideshwari, but she isn't convinced. Sidy keeps blaming everything on Shekhar and holds him for all the trouble that they are facing. Shekhar says that if there's love between the husband and wife, then all problems can be dealt with. But Sidy says that she can't be like sita mai. She aks Shekhar to drop her back to the haveli.
Laali is taken away
While in the haveli, Laali's hands are tied with ropes and she is being dragged by Ranvijay and some other men. Kaushlaya tries to stop Ranvijay, but he doesn't. Poor Laali she is so helpless.
Kaushlaya looks on but she can't do anything. Just then Gangiya comes there, and starts saying all her crapy stuff and how Laali betrayed her. Kaushalaya doesn't care about her.
Laali is being taken to the temple, and all the village people are making fun of her since she stole money but from her looks she looks so innocent. Ranvijay tells the villagers that Laali is very shrewd, and even if people throw stones at her even that won't be enough for her.
Shekhar and Sideswari come back home
While Shekhar and Sideshwari have arrived back home, Sideshwari quickly sneaks into her kothri. Shekhar tells her that he's not going to stay here and he's going. Siddy says "what you are leaving me alone"?
Villagers start hitting Laali
All the Villagers are going to the temple. Kaushalaya, Ranvijay's wife are also following them. They arrive in the temple. Laali is standing in the middle. Ranvijay is telling the entire village what Laali has done, he keeps instigating the villagers so that hate Laali more. He tells them that this rakhel dared to touch their sacred temple and steal it's jewelery. One man asks, "so why have you kept this girl in your house". Ranvijay says that my dad Loha Singh did this, and I know that what he did was wrong. Kaushlaya is shocked that Ranvijay said this. Eventually he is able to sensationalize the issue. Ranjivay then gives a hint to one of the person standing there, and he starts yelling "maaro isko, maaro". All the villagers start throwing stones at Laali. The sad agle janam theme song starts playing in the background. Laali starts crying. Kaushlaya pleads to Ranvijay to stop this but he doesn't listen she then goes to the viilage head and asks him. Eventually he tells all the villagers to stop.
Shekhar and Grandpa
While back in the haveli, Grandpa spots Shekhar and asks him why he's here. And that he should be at the temple and look how people punish rakhels. He again gives his history lesson. Shekhar listens to him properly but he doesn't quite get it.
Laali says that she stole the jewelry in front of the entire village
In the temple once again, the village head asks Laali what's her name, village etc. Laali remembers her parents and her siblings, she tells all her information. Ranvijay's wife and Ganiya are both happy looking at Laali's state. The man asks Laali what's her position in the haveli? Laali says that she stays there as a daasi. The man asks did you steal gold from the temple statues. Ranvijay tries to interfere in their conversation and says there's no point of asking all these questions. But the man shuts him up.
Laali thinks about shekhar and says yes. Gangiya and Ranvijay's wife are satisfied.
Tomorrow
Laali advertises for Jhansi Ki Rani which is starting tomorrow at 8 PM.
