The Task, the flute and the sindoor

Dear Friends,

Laali initially having no clue why her husband left the room without saying a word, remembering her mother's words that you have to adjust, she then starts a new day with a new trick, not really new, the old trick of tickling the stomach which leads to the man's heart....roti and aloo bhaji with onion and achar...she packs off to go to the field in the search of her marad....aaj ki do baatein...

1: Shekhar is relieved to be back to his room, he looks loving at his wife, sleeping, he runs his hands through her hair, only to be told, sleep and let me sleep, by Shiddeshwari ....Shekhar is sad....and we are confused...I thought Siddeswari will show some indication of her pleasure to see him back in her room in no time....but she doesn't 😕 Has she accepted her fate so quickly?

2: My Thakur😉 is doing daant manjan and wants to take the report from Shekhar....kuch toh sharam kar tu baap hai chhora ka....pleased to hear that the son is resting, after all he must have had a hard night...😆...while I thought the Thakur is enjoying the thought of welcoming his male heir....his other son is not at all pleased....what might be the reason, not chosen for the task or is it because he thinks he has lost all favours from his father....

Jate Jate, Laali takes food to the field looking for her husband, on the way she asks the villages if they have seen him, they smile, I found the scene very sweet but I have a question...Laali knows her husband to be a mere worker with the Thakurs when when she sees him dressed in fine clothes, gold rings, chains wrist watch etc., doesn't any question come across her mind?

Last but not the least, revelation of the real villain ....the maid servant (sorry I don't know of her name) sees Laali running away with the flute...stops her, Laali shy blames the flute for her misfortune, baato baato me the maid understands, Shekhar is yet to touch her.....she advices Laali to make shekhar fill her maang with the red colour sindoor, signifying her gauna is done.....Laali realises her mistake and promises to have the same done.....well duniya ko toh dikhana hai that they are one but when Laali will fail to conceive who will face the Thakur? Yes Sideshwari's action made me confused as well, it makes me think, if there is an another side to her, or if this is the only one😕. I think they should reveal more about her character soon, as we are really confused.

lols Thankur is too much, he doesn;t even think the fatherly way😆. Again I loved the way u describes it😛😆.

Good point there, about Laali not noticing, Shekhar's gold. But I think she will notice it one day.

about siddishwari, according to the article, she is hiding her feelings and emotions under makeup, but she too feels bad that she isnt able to give family an hier. i have yet to watch the episode, but by reading the ur analysis and gurs update seems like i ahve already done so.

As far as my knowledge when you get married in childhood you wear the orange sindoor after gauna that is the remarriage in adulthood the red one is put, first by the husband....so when Shekhar puts the red sindoor it means he has accepted her in the eyes of the people but then does it mean he is going to accept her in reality?...just my thought...

yea that's true, it's the husband who put's the red sindoor first. But I don't think Dai's purpose was to make Shekhar accept her. I think it was on purpose, so that Shekhar can find out the truth.
Shekhar doesn't know Laali's reality right? That she thinks he is her husband. I just want to make sure, I might have missed it.

I think you are right, but I am not sure about the Dai's intentions...the Takur will be pleased to know his son has accepted laali by the red sindoor as Shekhar avoids meeting his father, the Dai will project everything is honkey dory but in reality when Laali fails to conceive, she will be the first one to conspire to throw her out of the house...

but if you think, why would Loha Singh worry about Laali's sindoor and whether Shekhar has accepted her. He just wants a grandson from her.
but your way could be a possibility. This Dai is sure upto something.

The sindoor is just a token of show, not the real thing....like we show many things....

I think Loha Singh will be kept in dark, and will be told that Shekhar and Laali have made out. But in reality, Shekhar might start liking Laali but he will not have a baby with her. And one day Loha Singh will find out, and there will be a big storm😆

For thakur red sindoor will mean Laali has accepted shekhar n he will see his pota's face fast...other than breeding, obviously the thakur will find laali not fit for anything else
