If the Thakur are a rich family then why not get a rich girl for the son, why buy Lalia unless theres somthing wrong with the son. I haven't watched this show since I heard they sold Lalia, dislike the show, is the guy she married old or young and is she married yet???

I don't think they bought her to marry someone. We will have to wait for few episode to find the truth.
The thakur family hasn't been fully introduced yet.

But Laali was bound to be sold, that was the main these of this show, as this is a reality in some parts of India.
